"We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. To start, our drink orders were never taken, and we only received water; our beers never arrived. We also had to ask multiple times for utensils and napkins, which never came. Our wings arrived without plates, and when my daughter’s pasta was brought out, I asked for some spices but only received cheese. My husband didn’t get his soft drink, and we also never received the garlic rolls we had ordered. We found ourselves getting up repeatedly to request everything we needed, even asking the cook for help, who eventually acknowledged us.
Eventually, we received the garlic rolls much later as an appetizer, but only after we asked again. When it was time to leave, we asked our waitress for boxes for the garlic rolls and pizza. We were given just one box for the rolls, which didn’t even fit all of them. You would think that after our request for boxes, she might check if we needed anything else or offer us the check, but we ended up having to ask for that too. The check wasn’t ready, and the waitress looked overwhelmed as she tried to figure it out while my husband waited. At one point, she even dropped and broke a plate!
While the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. It appears they may need more staff, but this particular waitress definitely needs more training. She rarely made eye contact, didn’t introduce herself, never checked on us, and failed to provide anything we needed or ordered. Because of this experience, we won’t be coming back to dine here again."
