"My husband and I ordered the $60 each family feast not certain of the name but was not given the items that were listed no salad no chicken parmigiana no steak and when the waiter was asked about it he said he gave us lamb instead I told him the lamb instead of the steak but no explanation other than that I asked for the chicken and got it finally I did not enjoy my experience there"

"Ahmad was a great server. Rose the manager was Fantastic too. Started with Prosciutto E Burrata and Carciofi Stufati. 2 Insalate Cesares next, Entrees were 2 Pappardelle al Ragu di Agnello Lamb Shank and Rigatoni all'Amatriciana. All the food was AMAZING! Some Tito's Birra Italia Lagers made for a wonderful night. We will be back Thank you."

"My wife and I went here on a Friday night we have to say we really enjoyed all the food the only thing that wasn’t so good and I had it at one of their other restaurants and it’s unfortunate to say the steak is not seasoned very well it just taste like a plain piece of meat unfortunately that’s why I gave it a four-star and a five star review on the other hand all the food except for the steak was absolutely amazing the pasta that is mean inside the cheese bowl is outstanding the fried calamari with the spicy peppers was outstanding the table side seating that was outside was awesome my wife actually said she preferred it better than sitting on the inside again other than a steak everything was amazing the Waiter Jose was On top of everything very polite highly recommend asking for Jose but all the staff even the hostesses were very nice would like to just Do you think the restaurant for a very good meal compliments to all the chefs in the kitchen and looking forward to coming back sometime soon"

"This restaurant is great for large parties celebrations. The staff are friendly and efficient. They give birthday/anniversary shoutouts with participation from the entire restaurant. The food is delicious and consistent! I've visited twice in one week. The first visit with a group of 5 and later with a group of 9! The restaurant offers a family style deal that is affordable but instead we ordered up to about 12 entrees and ate it all family style. We ordered theSalmon, Lamb chops, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm, Veal Marsala, Rigatoni, Penne A La Vodka and Pizza Margherita. The table favorites were the Salmon, cooked well but very moist with sautéed garlic spinach, the Chicken Parm the lamb chops!The favorite side pastas were the garlic oil fettuccine Alfredo. The least favorite dish was the veal Marsala. For dessert we had the sampler that included the almond cake, Nutella Patrizia, tiramisu and cannoli! The cannolis are sofresh and the almond cake perfect! Overall, a good stuffed time! This place is now a family favorite."

"My hubby and I had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem thanks to recommendations by Open Table. Started with the homemade bread served warm and slightly toasted. YUM! Fresh salad and the entrees were oh so delicious. I had the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream and pistachios. Was hesitant but after a slight push from the waitress I went for it. SO happy that I did. Ate every morsel. AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING! My husband went with the pappardelle bolognese. Scrumptious. All pastas are homemade as well. Felt just so so about the orange carrot cake but everything else was phenomenal. Kudos to the chef. Would HIGHLY recommend!!! Oh and the service THUMBS UP!!!"

"This was my 2nd time and I loved it even more. Took the whole family for my sister's birthday. We had the pizza that was out of this world, great crust. Gnocchi, ravioli ... everything is so fresh and delicious. John, the owner, is a real gentleman and knows how to take care of his customers and the server we had that evening. I never felt rushed and could just enjoy the atmosphere and the great food. I highly recommend this restaurant. We look forward to a reunion."

"Food was good not great for us. Atmosphere was very nice. Waiter, well, let's just say he was a bit different and made things a little weird/uncomfortable for us. The thai iced tea was TERRIBLE. However, we were there when they opened, it took a bit to come out and I believe they did not have the tea brewed yet. It was basically just pure condense milk with almost zero tea (you could see how watery the bottom inch or so was almost perfectly clear) so essentially drinking a glass of sugar milk. I should have sent it back but truly they should have never brought it out like that. Your mileage may vary on the food so definitely worth a visit but we would not return based on this first impression."

"The overall experience was absolutely lovely!!! The staff was friendly and there was not a long wait. This place always looks full (inside and out) with happy customers so it was definitely on my list of local places to try. The only reason I couldn't give five stars was because of the cocktails. The drink menu makes sense, but for some reason my cocktails were on the sweeter side and not completely balanced. Other than that, everything else was good. Will definitely visit again.Kid-friendliness: Definitely recommended for all ages. Delightful options for kids on the menu."

"Very disappointed in this dinner experience. Drinks and apps were good but it was downhill after that. They were out of half of the items on the menu including the potatoes that were supposed to be served with the ribeye. There was no option to sub for the missing potatoes. I’m pretty sure the waitress forgot to put our food order in and we watched people come and go as we waited (too long) for our meal. My friend and I each ordered the ribeye with broccolini and Mac and cheese to share. The broccolini was not broccolini. It was frozen broccoli sitting in a puddle of disgusting broccoli water. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and watery. The worst was the ribeye. There was no sear and half of this $44 steak was inedible due to chewy fat and muscle throughout."

"that was my second time here. the first was a Sunday because my favourite place was closed. the gentleman who was worried about us this day was great. I returned today to celebrate a birthday and what a terrible experience. there was a hair on the marinara sauce on the mixed seafood dish, which is really calamari. I called before the time and asked if ok to bring a cake and they took it on the back and they brought it out, was full of whipped cream because they had damaged the cake. it was a terrible experience with the music so loud she could not understand what we ordered. - It's just bad. will not be back. not recommend."

"I really feel like the value was in the small plates. I got a small wedge salad and followed it up with a risotto that was both very filling and tasty. My fiance got the special-redfish-which was delicious but not the portion or presentation (there was some kind of steamed celery stalk they were trying to pass as a vegetable you want to eat) I would expect from a meal. The service was fair, I only say that because our waiter kept correcting the way everyone said their choices and one person's meal came out much later than everyone else's so we had to go back and inquire about it, at which point it was promptly brought out. It also wasn't a dish that should take any longer. The service was the downside, the food was all delicious and overall the value was okay."

"We were long-time patrons of the original Angelo's on Mulberry St. After the unfortunate fire, we were eager to see it reopen. We finally had the opportunity to visit Casa d'Angelo, and we were pleased to find it to be an updated version of the original. The spedini was excellent! My manicotti with vodka sauce was very rich and delicious, although I do think it was a bit stingy to serve just two pieces on the plate. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner special. Overall, we had a lovely dining experience at Casa d'Angelo."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. The service is awful, the food is mediocre at best and overpriced. We noticed staff smoking either in the kitchen or at the back of the restaurant, which shouldn't be happening. When we requested bread to accompany our salad, we waited half an hour only for it to arrive with several used, empty plastic butter containers scattered among the stale pieces of bread. The response we received was simply, "Oh sorry, they didn't notice, the kitchen's busy," which felt insincere. The manager or owner, who was mingling with other customers, didn’t even offer an apology or acknowledge our experience. If you can, skip this place."
