"Went threw the drive thru with my mom this morning to get breakfast we ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and one without. I did check the order they got it right however what I didn't notice until I got home was on the egg mcmuffin Half of the bottom Muffin was Cut off why because it was burnt. Look I get that accidents happen However Cutting off the Muffin is not how you solve the Problem. You tell your customers we are so sorry but it will be a minute for your other sandwich Customers pay good money for food WE EXPECT ALL OF OUR FOOD NOT HALF.?? Very Unprofessional ??"

"Great to be back The Burrito Norteno with Asada was enormously filled with the steak, rice and beans and so tasty, enough for 2days. The Carnitas dish was cooked to perfection, I added the Lime rice which is simply delicious and satisfying. Now the House Salad cannot be compared: the ingredients are varied and the quality is stellar the Balsamic vinegar dressing is perfect To complete this super wonderful meal is the Churros, so tasty and delicious Thx so much Zocalo for your consistency and reliability. And Thx goes to Dasher Joshua for his timely delivery and perfect placement of order"

"Overall not great. Seated then waited about 10 min before anyone asked if we wanted a drink. Drinks arrived not as ordered. Never asked if we wanted a refill or saw service until we finished our meal. Fish tacos seemed rubbery. Probably prepared for rush crowd. Restaurant seems to be getting a bit dingy and tired. To end experience, waiter dropped plates onto table landing end where I was sitting. How it didn't end up on me is amazing. Waiter did apologize but took wife to get him to clean off split food from table. Seemed more worried about getting us the check then cleaning up mess. 3rd time we have noticed a decline in service and food quality. Probably will be last time we visit. It's sad because we did like this restaurant."

"Ordnete veggie fajitas. Carrots were muddy and I could squeeze water out of them. The same for cauliflower and broccoli. They were obviously frozen vegetables that I could get in the store for 3 dollars in a bag. The only vegetables that were not frozen were paprika and onions. There were little to no spices, so it was tasteless, wet and sad. Would never recommend it. Table mats had better food, and the servicemen were nice. I hope their other options are better, but I'm not going back when they screw up such a simple thing in that degree."

"Eating is fine. Nothing to write home. I've been here five times for dinner. Food is not bad, but alittle bland for Mexican food and the portions are small. Any other Mexican restaurant I left to take home, but not from this place. Wife, daughter and I and my daughter were the only ones left, but they don't finish peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Service is always good and they check for you a lot and food comes quite fast after the order. So it is a give and take experience."
