"The restaurant is located in a nice, safe neighborhood with good parking. The maître d' is attentive and quick. Our server was clean, smart, and had a great attitude. They spoke clear English. There were specials of every variety, although we would have liked to see more seafood choices. However, we both ordered the shrimp special and it was outstanding. It was pleasantly light on salt, unlike many other restaurants. We didn't try the desserts, but I'm sure they are well-prepared. The crowd was a mix of seniors and attractive young ladies and couples. The restaurant is BYOB."

"that was the first time I ever was here and I have to say that I was not disappointed. space was clean, pleasant and a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast for a reasonable price. the food was delicious and served quickly. our waitress, though I didn't know her name was busy, but she made sure everyone took care of her. it seemed almost as if it was the only one that was on the tables, but the service was not affected because they were taking care of their customers and giving orders in a timely manner. the huh and the wads were a must to try huh was delicious. omelette was cooked for perfection. this is a must try if they are ever in the early garten area."

"I ordered a medium sausage, pepper, and onion pizza. What I received had maybe a quarter cup of tiny sausage bits, and only a few peppers and onions. There was hardly any sauce, and just a little bit of cheese. I definitely won’t be coming back! There are too many other fantastic pizza places in the area!"

"I have always had great experiences ordering from this restaurant in the past, but today (Sunday, 7/17) I was extremely disappointed. The pizza I ordered was overflowing with cheese that had all slid off the pizza and onto the box. It was also undercooked, lacking in toppings despite having paid extra for them. This was a stark contrast to my usual positive experiences with this restaurant. I'm not sure if there was a different chef working today, as I typically do not order on Sundays. In the end, I felt like I wasted my money as I was unable to eat the pizza."

"The Best Italian Food Ever. We're celebrating our 45th High School Reunion from Saint Mary's High School in the Fall. Peter gave our group a sampling of the most amazing food! Our High School Committee was blown away. The new function hall is out of this world and tables can be moved around from lo-tops to hi-tops. The sound system is fantastic, the lighting or ambience is wonderful. His new function hall space has a very warm and cozy feel to it for being a good size room. I can only say good things about Avellino's. Did I mention that there's tons of free parking in the evening on Mystic Ave and the side street. That's a huge plus."

"Today I went in at 8:50 PM. The staff completely ignored me I asked questions about if the pizza stand is open nobody budged to say a word. So I continued my way to the restaurant side. It was very erie and quiet one family seemed to be eating. But the point is that when the lady came up to me to whome I was looking at the “server” she thanked me gave me attitude. In my head I automatically felt I am unwelcome so I had to leave. Just waited for my mother to come out of the restroom the waiter came and put the plates on the table along with forks folded in napkins. The way she set it down on the table you can clearly see the vibe is unwelcoming so I left and ate elsewhere. Also I saw the prices on the menu and this will be a easy $100 for two. So clearly for the price tag you pay here you would want to be treated with respect"

"I understand that holding a certain standard to Philadelphia hoagies and sandwiches might be a lot to ask but SackO Subs might have delivered one of the worst sandwiches I have had. The Chicken Cordon Bleu with low-grade deli ham combined with hardly any chicken cutlet was honestly disgusting. My Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak I can say was the worst I have ever had with little to no sauce. For the price, you pay I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. High prices, low-quality sandwiches, and a 3.5% charge on any card purchases make SackO Subs one of the worst sandwich establishments I have been to."

"So disappointing I couldn't be more upset with this decision to try Tortorice's. We ordered a deep dish pizza for 2 people half with sausage and pepperoni and half with garlic and pineapples. After waiting 90 minutes we open a pizza that was incorrectly made, burnt on the bottom and extremely crunchy. We called and the only thing they offered was another pizza, however we were not wanting to wait ANOTHER 90 minutes for a brunt crunchy pizza. They then offered a voucher for the next time we order from there which is highly unlikely to happen. If you're looking for pizza in the area go LITERALLY anywhere else. I think I would have been happier with little Caesars."
