"So disappointing I couldn't be more upset with this decision to try Tortorice's. We ordered a deep dish pizza for 2 people half with sausage and pepperoni and half with garlic and pineapples. After waiting 90 minutes we open a pizza that was incorrectly made, burnt on the bottom and extremely crunchy. We called and the only thing they offered was another pizza, however we were not wanting to wait ANOTHER 90 minutes for a brunt crunchy pizza. They then offered a voucher for the next time we order from there which is highly unlikely to happen. If you're looking for pizza in the area go LITERALLY anywhere else. I think I would have been happier with little Caesars."

Waited 40 minutes past our time to be ready, many others were waiting and having issues with there orders. Luckily we just had a single small pizza so didn?t need to reorder like others. Used to be a common customer hope service gets better.

In just a week, prices jumped by nearly $2. Whether it's due to inflation or not, paying over $30 for an 18-inch thin crust pizza with just one topping is unreasonable and disappointing. I'm extremely let down, especially since this has been a weekly go-to for years.

Probably one of the worse experiences. It took half an hour to get my cold order of deep pizza, pommes and a salad. I called and assured me it was on the way. It doesn't mean within an hour. This will be the fourth year in a row we have ordered their lasagna for Christmas dinner as I am too tired after making the gravy and meatballs but it is always consistently filling and well-made!! Also, prices can?t be beat and Pedro is great to always be pleasant and make sure the order is correct!

Best pizza in the northwest suburbs. Been a long time customer and will continue to be one. Have not had any issues only great food. If you do delivery, order through the main site and not through other delivery services...let's keep our neighborhoodgems thriving for years to come. Try the Picasso pizza...the best!!

I believe they make fantastic pan and deep-dish pizzas with a delicious caramelized cheese crust. While their thin crust pizza is decent, there are better options for thin crust nearby at more affordable prices. This restaurant is primarily for takeout. The counter service is polite, but I do find the overall prices to be a bit steep. View menu

If you want delivery, be sure to order through the main website instead of third-party services; it helps keep our local treasures thriving for years to come. Tortorice's pizza is absolutely delicious! In my opinion, a pizza's crust is the deciding factor between being great or simply ok. I've had both the thin crust and double dough varieties, and both were just the right combination of soft and crispy. The prices are reasonable, and the cheese and toppings are also very tasty. The wait time for my orders has been 35 minutes, but the longer time is worth the quality!
