This seasonal ice cream shop, located across from New Castle County Airport on Route 141, accepts only cash as payment. In addition to ice cream, they also offer chips, hot dogs, and sodas. The main attraction, however, is their traditional soft serve ice cream. Whenever I have my first cone of the season, I feel like summer has officially begun. This place has been serving customers for around 65 years and is considered a Delaware institution that is a must-try."
