"My friend and I visited from Philadelphia for the Eagles vs. Dallas game on November 19, and he was cheering for Dallas. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the 5-pound lobster and coconut shrimp, while my friend ordered the seafood sampler plate with fries. Our server was very friendly, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience."

"Food was horrible. I have been to Pappadeaux many times and the experiences used to be great. The last time I was here was about a year ago and the food wasn’t that great. Tried it again today and it was horrible. The calamari app was cold. Ordered the sea bass with Spinach and it was warm. My daughter had the fried shrimp and fries and the fries were old and cold. "My husband and I visited for our anniversary, and we had such an amazing experience. The staff was extremely professional and gave great recommendations for us. We started with the Crab and Spinach Dip, which was probably the best dip I've ever had anywhere! We then ordered the Crawfish Platter and the Atlantic Salmon Alexander, and both were phenomenal! The presentation, portion, and taste were all on point! We were so full at this point (we also had A LOT of the delicious starter bread! , but we really wanted a dessert, so we got a Key Lime Pie to go. I'm so glad we did because it was top tier as well! It is a bit pricey, but it's absolutely worth it! We'll definitely be back for our next special occasion."

"A leak for the eyes and the palate. Beginning with the decor of the 1890s with a brickyard and distinctive gas light in the center of the dining room to the black vest and loop tie Over snow-covered white shirt with white apron of waiting staff. The New Orleans style selection of seafood, steak and salads should most of every palate. The Calamari was absolutely divine, the house salad with a creamy ranch of honey bacon and bleu cheese is a meal of itself. The iced tea was so distinctive that you could almost taste every tea leaf. The striking blue dot oysters served over a bed of ice were exceptional. The steak served the table from a cook in cooked whites for perfection with a distinctive smokey taste was enchanted to the point. This is the first visit I have completely satisfied with the atmosphere and service."

"Everything was fantastic! The waitress was outstanding. I had the Red Snapper with asparagus, followed by cheesecake—both were great. On September 1, 2022, I tried the Naked Mahi with a baked potato, which was delicious. However, I did find the drinks to be quite pricey; they've increased the prices, especially for the Swamp Thing and Margaritas. Overall, the service was excellent and the cheesecake was delightful!"

"Pappadeaux is so good! It was a party of 6. We ordered the Atlantic salmon Alexandra (I think the name) with dirty rice, and it was delicious. We had Calamari, which was not as good as I was hoping we had a Virginia Piña Colada and Strawberry limonade that was 'so good' after my family, we ordered the cancer cakes that were surprisingly good, and the Coleslaw upstairs was delicious. The picture shows only one cake because we're right in lol. My son had the seafood pasta that had shrimps, lumps and scallops. My sister ordered the Mardi gras pasta to cut her. My father had the gum he ordered and loves all the time. My stepmother had a combination of fried foods that they also enjoyed. She also likes her butter potatoes. Everything was delicious and the service was good. We're definitely back."

"One of my favorite restaurants to visit! The food is absolutely outstanding! You have to try the fondeaux, and the oysters are delicious when they're in season. The Greek salad is also a must! My personal favorites are the lobster tails and the blackened salmon. However, the atmosphere could be better—it feels a bit unrefined at times, and I've noticed that too many people complain in hopes of getting free food. It's frustrating! If you're dining out, please remember to tip your servers at least 20%, or consider staying in instead."

"Lovely lunch to indulge this wonderful seafood cuisine. Focusing on Cajun style with the spices that is lovely blended into the food. Ordered the Cajun style blackened fish that I enjoyed it so much ! It comes with shrimp that blend well with the dirty rice ! Kind of heavy for lunch but I enjoyed it .. the fried alligator skin not tasted the crispy skin but rather the meat tasted like fried chicken ! "the preference of my sister was quite watery or liquidity. it didn't taste good. my niece had a piece of hair in her fondue, but one of the manager or front hosts ordered her quickly another fondue and they removed it from her ticket. my sister did not let her know how her fondue was. my food was good. my sister ordered something for her man and he seemed to like it. I didn't pay too much attention to our waitress. she wasn't there to serve our table. the manager was more of our waitress than the waitress himself. Moreover, she had a bad sarcasm when we asked her to go container. everything and everything was good, but our waitress was not so good. the manager who was like our waitress who we loved, and she did an excellent job."

"This place has gone down hill!! I loved Pappadeaux and have been going there for years as a favorite place but they’ve made so many negative changes removing favorites from menu!! The bisque is gone which doesn’t make sense at all. Went last night and they tried to sub my grits as side and they told me you can only get that during lunchtime now? WTH oh and salmon Yvette is not an option anymore either. So basically my favorites are gone leaving not much motivation to go back. PS don’t have a server come to my table the first min of sitting down and ask me if I’m ready to order appetizers when I barely opened the menu"

"Chris was absolutely amazing! I had come in anticipating a particular dish but even though it is listed online, a recent menu change made it unavailable. I was a little disappointed while I perused other options but Chris was extremely accommodating and helpful in selecting a different dish, one that I typically would not have chosen, and it was incredible. My new dish was a hit and on top of everything, Chris puts together one heck of a Greek salad as well, it’s always good but this one was made with finesse. Total success. Thanks so munch!!!"
