"My orders here are more than correct. Today I asked for an American sub. I told him what I wanted. All right. He asked if I wanted it roasted. No, thanks. I get the order and it looked tortured. I called her up and was told that I knew you didn't want it roasted, I just heated it up, I didn't get it! It's not even a cold sub. It is even under the cold part of the menu. My last order was a meatball, but no cheese, please. The sub arrived without cheese. But why did they put banana peppers on it? I called her and didn't get an apology. He just said they told him to wear it. He's just the cook. Only 2 examples of a story of false orders. The food is good... as long as they do it right."

"Terrible customer service. Delivery driver only complains about how you gave him a tip he ain’t want or complains on how long it took you to come to the door. Then when you call up there they take your whole order then put you on hold and hang up when they notice that you don’t give the driver the tip he wants. He don’t follow simple directions and then goes back to lie to the people back at the store and tell them you wasn’t where you said you was when he never came to the address."

"The food here is fantastic! I often order the mixed grill dinner, which comes with steak tips and sausage, or steak tips and chicken. It's incredibly flavorful, especially the steak tips. "The super beef ordered because I wanted the onion roll and it was HUGE. Fantastic with the BBQ sauce, but next time I think I'm able to live with the big one (not say I didn't eat it all, but I have breathed hard for a while). They have good, thin, crispy pommes (another massive part) that, as far as I'm concerned, are the perfect pairing to a good roast beef sandwich. I can't wait to go back. Delicious and staff was very friendly. The parking lot can be a bit of pain as it is directly at the light on the main road, but hey, at least they have a parking lot."

"The food here is good. However, the people who work at this restaurant are extremely rude. They gave me a hard time about using their bathroom, getting a complimentary cup of water and having my french fries before the rest of my order was ready. Further, they insisted upon playing CNN on a television in the dining room. They were so hostile toward me that I was moderately concerned about them putting something in my food and I checked it carefully before I ate it. It was actually comical how rude they were. I kept thinking to myself that I was in some kind of comedy sketch on how someone off the street would react to very rude staff at a restaurant.I was at this restaurant at around 2 pm on a weekday and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I think they would have a lot more business if they had a better attitude toward their customers."

"The pizza is good but the service is pretty bad. Once I waited 1.5hrs for a pizza and despite calling multiple times they said it was coming only to finally check and say it wasn’t and they were going to just refund me. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my pizza but they didn’t want to bother and check on it so I went hungry and had to find food elsewhere. Every time I go in there to pick up they are not friendly at all. Really sub par service but if you’re ok with that then enjoy the 4 star pizza. It’s Greek style and always tasty."
