After calling again, I was informed that the order was ready and would be sent out immediately. Despite living less than 5 minutes away, it took an additional 20 minutes for the food to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the fries and chicken were soggy and seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. If your order takes too long, consider sending it back.
