"The customer service at this location is non existent and the delivery person is literally just lazy. I am unable to go downstairs due to an injury which is why I ordered delivery and the driver refused to come upstairs to my apartment citing fearsof getting a parking ticket. There is a driveway which I told him he can park at but he continued to refuse. By the time myhusband got dressed and went down stairs, the driver had left with our food. When I called the location, I was told they can?tmake the driver go upstairs if he feels unsafe.... This is Bayridge and a super safe neighborhood. He didn?t feel unsafe, He?sjust lazy. I?ve never had any issue with anyone delivering upstairs before. DO NOT ORDER HERE. ORDER PAPA JOHNS INSTEAD!"
