"I've never encountered such rude customer service! I placed an online order for food from Frank's at 5:30 pm, well within their operating hours. When my sister went to pick up the pizza, the door was open, and a man inside, without a shirt, informed her that they were closed and that our pizzas hadn't been made, even though I had already been charged. When I entered to request a refund, I was met with such hostility that I was taken aback. The employee practically told me it wasn't his problem and blamed a third party, then yelled at me to leave his restaurant. My husband returned to speak with them, as I was quite upset, and the man even claimed he had called the police on me! I contacted DoorDash, who handled the online ordering, and they stated that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they received my payment. Honestly, I don't even care about the money anymore! I'm just in disbelief over how I was treated by this unhinged individual. I wish I had recorded his outrageous comments. I will definitely not support this business and will share my experience with everyone I know."

"On another night, we returned for dinner and enjoyed wonderful service along with fantastic food. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. We also learned that the Fireside’s owner closed the restaurant and opened a new one, where he is more hands-on. I hope it will be just as good as Fireside. A few nights later, my sister and her husband arrived at the hotel, and we decided to have late-night drinks and dessert after a show. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, taking about 20 minutes for our orders to arrive, and the desserts were subpar—not worth the calories or the wait. I ordered a chocolate martini, which was just okay. Before heading to the airport, my husband and I had one last lunch at the restaurant. The service was mediocre, with our steak knife missing, but the food was very good. Overall, I'm hoping they get back on track when they open again. Right now, though, it feels like a hit-or-miss place, which is why I rated them fairly."

"FIRST OFF BRUNCH ONE WORD AMAZZZZZING!!! I wish I was able to eat more! This brunch is quite the experience! The food that is available was DELISH!!! I know it’s on the pricier end but just hear me out you MUST TRY IT!! It is SOOO WORTH IT and GOOD!! I will admit my pics are not the best. Why you may ask? Because I was TOO BUSY EATING and didn’t want to snap pics of all the delectable food spread as I didn’t want to have to carry my phone and snap as I was contemplating between a lobster tail or claw. Yes! I’m serious! Then try deciding that with a full plate while carrying a full cup of melted butter (yayyyy for my lobster) and AMAZE cocktail sauce for my shrimp! Yes I know a realworld dilemma over here . PLUS this ain’t your free alcoholic brunch beverages where it’s all OJ for your mimosa and Tomato juice for the **** Mary’s! NOPE!!! Which made the price SO MUCH MORE WORTH IT!! Forget 20 watered down drinks! I’ll take just 2! My waist will thank you and so will my room for food! PS also LOVEEE LOX YUP there too, octopus salad, raw bar and my VERY FAV almost addictive rainbow cookies! had about 5! GO!! EXPERIENCE!! ENJOY"

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we are looked after before us. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"Arrived here at 11 am, got food served in more than an hour.Ordered the complete breakfast. Crispy bacon, two hashbrown patties just like McDonald's, two toast slices with butter and scrambled eggs. Everything very neatly presented and cooked just fine. Flavor as nothing special.Why one star? The served that very basic and plain breakfast past 12. I waited more than an hour for fast food.The waitress were totally cool with having everyone waiting. They are painfully slow and expressionless.Not recommended: regular dinner food with very poor service."

"Good casual venue for Italian food. Service was very good, menu was pretty extensive. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms, house salads, veal sausage puntenesca, shrimp fradiavola and the oven baked bread. All was very good. The quality and value was also good. Portions were large, we were able to have lunch the next day with the leftovers. Would highly recommend for a good casual night out."

"I travel often and make a point to support local businesses. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I stopped by for breakfast. I ordered ham, eggs, toast, and sausages, and everything was fantastic! The restaurant was spotless and well-organized. The service was outstanding! Our server was a young lady who was wonderfully attentive and had a lovely smile. I didn't catch her name, but I learned she had only been working there for two weeks. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again!"

"At first we thought the place was closed-windows dark, no open sign. I tried door and in we went to a very lovely dining room. Excellent waiter, Oscar. Food quite tasty. Our son had suggested the chicken parm, very good. Husband had the chicken marsala-tasty but he would've liked the marsala gravy to be thicker. We actually had a secondary meal with the leftovers. We enjoyed our meals."

"I can't express how satisfied I was with my experience. The service and attention to customers are exceptional! The pizza completely exceeded my expectations. I frequently go on pizza crawls across New Jersey, and Esposito's truly impressed me. I sampled the Brooklyn, Sicilian, and Margherita, and I couldn't resist grabbing two slices of the mushroom pizza—it’s now my new favorite! I highly recommend trying the pizza. "I love the decor and the idea behind this place. The advertising, logo, etc. is all excellent. Even the door handle to enter the restaurant is an axe, and their business vehicle 's license plate is BE EASY. The details are great! I came here and got takeout, and I was super excited to try their rendition of the Big Mac Pizza. I figured that I 'd also try another pizza since I was already making the trek, so I ordered an Any Given Sunday as well. I was expecting to like the Big Mac Pizza better than I did Any Given Sunday, but to my surprise, the Any Given Sunday was more flavorful than the Big Mac Pizza. Although, I do appreciate the little details with the Big Mac Pizza (including the chopped up pickles and onions and the sesame seeds that you 'd find on your Big Mac, but I think that there could have been more of the secret sauce on the pizza to give it more of that tangy flavor found in a Big Mac. I mean, it was good, but it was more savory in flavor than I was expecting. The crust of both pizzas was really good and flavorful, though. I ate every last bite of the crust on both varieties I tried. I don 't know that I 'd ever order either of those pizzas again, but I feel like I 'd definitely visit Easy Pie again to try some of their other menu items."

"Via Napoli Pizzeria is one of my favorites low-key. The younger girls that work there were outstanding. They served my fiance and I one day for lunch. They have a single bathroom which was very clean. Right next to the Chinese buffet Napoli's Pizzeria is located. A good amount of parking spots. They also have seating for customers. The staff were masked and gloves and cleaned the tables. They have a tv hanging in the store if you want to eat and watch television. It wasn't too crowded. I plan on going back again for a late lunch. I think you should check this pizzeria out. You will be satisfied. Trust me!"

"Was traveling for work: sat at the bar alone, hoping to meet people or find a friendly face to chat (as I was alone in a new city). Place was moderately busy (with small groups and couples doing there own thing). The food was pretty good (got the sliders with a quail egg and truffle fries). The first bartender was super standoffish (Irish dude). When I asked for recommendation for a drink, he muttered something and advised they don't really do that (not sure what he meant by that). The drink I randomly chose was not good and expensive. I ended up ordering a beer after that. The second bartender made up for the weird experience of the first by being super friendly and talkative (found out he was from Arizona). This would probably be a fun place to go with friends, I was alone traveling and the weirdness of the first bartender made me feel super awkward and very alone haha."

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I'm from NC originally but have been in Michigan the last 5 years. One thing that I can't get, that I miss so much is Liver Pudding or Liver Mush as some people call it. Someone told me to go to Eddie's Place and they DID NOT disappoint. When I say that I had the best breakfast that I've had in 5 years.....!!!!!! I couldn't stop smiling, I savored every bite and this made my 18 hour trip home worth it. It was cooked PERFECTLY and my egg whites were AWESOME as well!! You've got a new customer!"

"This restaurant is absolutely horrible. The food was flavorless and awful, the staff were incredibly rude, and to top it off they tried to cheat us out of our money. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but my wife and I, along with our two guests, were treated terribly from the moment we walked in. We ordered a fish dish that was advertised at $80, but when we received the bill they had charged us $120 instead, a $40 overcharge. On top of that, they added a mandatory $36 tip to our bill, despite their terrible service. I typically don't mind leaving a tip, but I refuse to do so at a place where I am being taken advantage of. If it wasn't for our guests, I would have stood up to them and refused to pay, but I didn't want to cause any further embarrassment. Avoid this awful restaurant at all costs - not only is the food subpar, but they will also try to scam you."
