"I have ordered from Novas several times and the food is always excellent! Tonight, they really exceeded my expectations. I ordered the shrimp dish for my wife and she said it was to die for! I got the chicken and broccoli Alfredo for myself and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were also generous, so I will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Keep up the great work, we will definitely be ordering again!"

"The food is terrible and the only thing worse is the service. None of the food is seasoned. It’s bland and void it f any flavour. I asked for garlic powder, Italian seasoning or anything that could season my dishes and they claimed the only thing they had fresh or dried was salt, pepper, and garlic olive oil. We had the stuffed mushrooms which we sent back, chicken park which was so planed I had no interest in eating and the chicken marsala which wasn’t as bad as everything else it was just the poor quality of the chicken breast which were likely previously frozen and my guess is freezer burned due to how spongy it was. We didn’t ask for anything we just simply had them remove full plates of food and when we asked for the check our waiter who was rude and acted bothered by us the hole time said “my manager said I can’t charge you” so at least they acted on it without us saying anything. In the end we were there almost two hours due to extremely slow service and had to try and find food that was consumable at 10pm so regardless of the no charge, the waste of our time was a huge disappointment."

"Treated very poorly by management due to dispute with another table about opening up tent which was shut when we arrived, which we were comfortable with, and made us quite cold after it was opened. Understand the complex issues, but was handled very poorly by manager? owner? when he finally arrived to discuss with us minutes after we first complained. No apology, no offer to move us to another table, simply rude response that showed no consideration to our concerns. Perhaps the other party were regulars, it was our first time there. It will also be our last"

"It's sad to see Piatti closing down. We wanted to enjoy one last meal there, but unfortunately, the pasta was overcooked and stuck together, and there were only four clams in my dish. It was a disappointing farewell. However, the wine and bread were still excellent, as always. We wish the staff all the best in their future endeavors."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"Were my favorite... now... never again when i looked at prices.Yes...Great food.... but they charged me $10.50 for a chicken cutlet hero. Plus Then charged me $1.50 for cheese... plus then charged another $1.50 for "the piece of lettuce and 4 tiny pieces of tomato on it. And then charge .54 bc I used a debit card. Uhhhhh.... are they kidding . $15.20 for fried chicken cutlet with lettuce tomato and mayo with cheese. Start looking at your receipts"

"My daughters and I ate here a month or so ago and had a lovely experience. We tried to go for dinner yesterday (July 9, 2023) and they were closed for an unknown reason. No sign on the door. Furniture covered in plastic sheeting. Parking lot empty. Hours posted meant they were supposed to be open. I'm not sure if they will open again. "This restaurant is one of the few that has stood the test of time in this mall. It offers some of the best "hole-in-the-wall" food you can find! If you're reading this review and haven't tried it yet, believe me, it's worth the small cost to give it a shot. I've been coming here since I was in sixth or seventh grade, around 12 or 13 years old. Every Friday evening and sometimes Saturday, I'd sit on the steps outside with friends and enjoy a meal. Fifteen years later, the original staff is still here! If you’ve had their delicious dishes, like the chicken parmesan with goat cheese and crispy chicken, or their spicy fries, please continue to support this place. "We recently hosted a private event for 100 people. Leading up to the event, our event coordinator Vanessa was fantastic to work with. She helped answer all our questions and made planning the event easy. The night of the event, we were thrilled with the manager and staff who helped make the event go smoothly. The servers were so kind and accommodating. The food was incredible for such a large quantity. The Italian White Cake was amazing! I can also highly recommend the lasagna. (Just like my mom used to make, but better! Would definitely host an event here again and will be back to eat with my family! Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids! Staff is kid-friendly."

"I discovered this restaurant on a rainy Sunday night when my daughter was unwell and craving clam chowder. Thankfully, they were open and had it available. I placed my order over the phone, and when I arrived, the young man at the counter was incredibly polite and friendly, which really impressed me. My daughter loved the chowder. About a month later, I ordered dinner, and I was pleased to find that the food was abundant, delicious, and served hot. I highly recommend Bellissimo!"

"It?s hard to find the small sign outside of the restaurant. That usually means it?s a great place! Once you walk in, hostess is very attentive. We sat next to the bar. The owner, Joe, is all over the restaurant. He is making sure people have exactly what they need. He did not introduce himself as the owner, my boyfriend did his research and spotted Joe from a mile away. We did not stress or even take time to think of what we needed. The only downfall was that my boyfriend ordered a bottle of Decoy (did not specify) and I Let it roll because I assumed the only Decoy offered was the merlot. Our waiter came back with a white wine bottle but it was not presented, tasted or etc. therefore it was already opened and poured before we could stop him. It was a fowl on both parties. Luckily, we drink both red and white, we enjoyed the bottle we had received to not start a fuss. All in all, it was evident this spot has MANY regulars and after eating there we can see why. The ambiance with the candle on the table is divine. If we lived here we were return very, very soon."

"The gnocchi with Gorgonzola was delightful, but the seafood paella was lacking in flavor and had a mushy texture. The bolognese sauce tasted a bit odd, but the pasta was cooked to perfection. The service was warm and friendly, although some of the waitstaff seemed poorly trained - one even leaned over the table and reached in front of our faces to pick up plates instead of walking around to the other side of the table."

Some of the pieces were tough and I wasn't a fan of the artichokes. However, my guests were pleased with their meals. Despite the noise, we had a pleasant dining experience."
