"We have Pho Ha, 1619 E Imperial Hwy, Brea, CA 92821, since 2006, if we don't want to drive to West Minister. Recently there are new service staff and it was not the same, the services are worse. Especially on Tuesday 11-8-2022 we went there for a meal. The server we do not know his name, he is the short man who was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. We had to wait some time before we sat and then waited for a long time to place our order. The short man took our order and my food came almost completely wrong. Not only did he not apologize, he wasn't accommodating. While waiting for the missing meat of my Pho, he suddenly came to my table, shrouded my bowl away from me and told me hard that I heard your food was wrong, what is wrong with it, tell me I'm gonna get a new one for you that was redundant when he already knew what was wrong with my food. I felt he came back to complain. He replied sarcastically to everything I asked or asked and ignored my requests. I then requested another server and it is also ignored. Our meal was extremely unpleasant, we would have left our food without food, but we did not and during the whole meal none of the servers came by to check if we needed anything at all. But when I went to the counter to pay, the short man came by quickly and now he suddenly came nice to me and asked if everything was okay. I stayed calm and paid without a tip, the short man followed me back to our table to check if we left the cash tip that we did not, the short man complained to my partner, but he did not understand the short man. The short man had the courage to chase after me to teach me that I have to tap. I didn't tell him a tip, then he continued to dictate that I should only command. I answered that I will never come back. We thought that after we were terriblely abused, we felt that a tip was not earned. There are so many pho-restaurants, we would rather go further than return to this place. The 1 star had to leave a review, otherwise it would not be a star. We saw many similar reviews about the terrible service at this point."

"The information online and the hours listed on the front door both told us the restaurant closed at 9:00 pm. We walked in at 8:10 pm, and the hostess asked if we were dining in. We replied we were, and she very rudely said, You do know we close at 8:30, right? We told her we did not know that, and pointed to the lettering on the door that read 9:00. She gave an exasperated sigh, seated us, and gave us the menus. She was rude and curt with us the entire time. We finished eating, boxed our leftovers, paid our tab, and left at 8:40. Could not have been less impressed with the service and treatment. But the food was absolutely delicious."

"Unbelievable! Amazing food and service! The staff is super helpful, whether you eat there or go to eat! I've come to this place for over a year and it's still disappointing me! I even moved to the east side of the city and will drive to the northwest to eat here! PLease does not confuse with the near UofA campus! "This used to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. I'm not sure what happened, other than COVID. If that's the reason, I'm ok with it. Here's my gripes... First, they quit offering Banh Mi on their delivery menus with DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats. Problem with that is they gave no reason to not offer it and it was their best menu offering. I literally have a history on GrubHub of ordering the Banh Mi and the cheese wonton (see below) on 4 days in a week. It's that good. Second is they changed their best appetizer, the cream cheese wonton. It used to be a custom made rectangular wonton filled with cheese and herbs and it was amazing. The best I ever had. Now it's just the frozen flower looking wonton you see at any Asian centric restaurant. I miss the old Saigon Springs. Please offer the Banh Mi again via delivery."

"I visited for the first time and had the garlic noodles with chicken, while my friend ordered the garlic noodles with beef. Both dishes were excellent. We also tried the spring rolls, which were incredibly tasty—crispy with a delightful orange sauce that was just the right balance, not overwhelming at all. The service was a bit more relaxed, but overall, I would definitely return because the food was amazing! It’s a lovely little gem to discover!"

"Try to find dinner plans with our son and his girlfriend and we stumbled in this fantastic place. They had no OpenTable reviews, but other reviews were good so we gave him a shot. Food was delicious we tried a number of apps: Carpaccio, Que Bau Bags dumplings, Spring Rolls and some dumplings, the mushrooms and Laeks had all been delicious. Skewers of Chicken Satay were okay. For dinner we had the duck, drunk noodles, the pork apron Bun, which came w 2 spring rolls and rice, Pho, and a shrimp pad thai and one of the fried rice dishes....all had great taste and was cooked for perfection. We overordered and left bank transfers to go home and enjoy the next day. Finished with Vietnamese coffee and dessert until the evening the lemon Dessert was excellent. It is a BYO and a great value for what you get."

"Of course, locals from Tianjin might argue that nothing compares to the baozhi back home. In fact, they might say that boiled buns from Tianjin, a bit drier, are different from the Shanghai-style dumplings that have a chewy outer skin. Just as it’s difficult to recreate a genuine pizza crust, the essence of baozhi and dumplings is rooted in their origins. The quality of the water used in the dough is crucial to achieving the right texture and mouthfeel, making it challenging to find an authentic New York-style pizza in Hong Kong or true Tianjin baozi in Los Angeles. We also tried the wine-infused hard-boiled eggs, which are similar to tea eggs but prepared with wine. Served cold, they offered a refreshing contrast to the hot baozi. Tianjin is also famous for its water dumplings—one of my favorite dishes. While Mr. B suggested trying the fish water dumplings, I was initially reluctant but gave them a chance. They were okay, but nothing remarkable; I would have preferred a pork filling or something similar. The fish filling had a pasty texture that didn’t appeal to me. On a brighter note, we enjoyed some of the best scallion pancakes I’ve ever had. Typically, scallion pancakes are thicker and greasier, but at Noodle House, they were thinner and less oily. I would have preferred a flakier version, but I found these to be quite enjoyable. Overall, the Tianjin baozi here surpasses those I've had at Shaomai, making for a delightful dining experience."

"This charming Vietnamese restaurant in University Place has a lot to offer, though I’ve found it to be a bit inconsistent. During my first visit, I tried the pork summer rolls and they were the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I still order them, but they've never quite matched that initial experience. The pho portions are generous and overall quite good. However, their standout dishes are the beef jerky papaya salad and the baby clams served with rice crackers. I recommend asking for fresh lemons to squeeze onto the clams—it's not traditional, but it really enhances the flavors."

"This has quickly become my favorite pho place! The food feels homemade, bursting with fresh flavors, and the service is outstanding. "The hostess didn't know how to confirm the reservation. She told me the system was broken. Then she said the restaurant was under new management and they didn't tell her anything. That was after she told me it would take 40 minutes and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager came finally had us seated and our server was great! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her I wanted to confirm that my reservation was confirmed with the table open. She saw it immediately and took care of it. The hostess should be trained or let go. She was probably just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 staff members who were all late together."

"Indochine has a portion of their menu dedicated to vegetarian entrees. The food is made fresh and the service is excellent. I would recommoned the V4 with a spring roll (instead of the egg roll). Rice noodles with mixed vegetables and tofu. The V3 is also good, which is the same thing, but in a Pho soup. They also a great bhan mi sandwich with tofu (disregard the mayo to make it vegan). If you're in New Brunswick check this place out."
