"Lily was amazing, very friendly. Also, the lady at the counter was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. We wanted to love it, we have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant. The best thing we tried was the fried rice and the veggie egg roll. Their hot mustard is no joke, it was so good. We would probably come again, but order different entrees. We had the Hunan Chicken and the Kung Pao, neither packed a punch unfortunately."

"I thought maybe the sushi would redeem the meal, so I waited. And waited. I watched other patrons receive their meals while I sat there for an agonizing forty-five minutes. By that time, I had finished a beer, which at least arrived in a timely manner. When my food finally arrived, the staff apologized for the delay. I was eager to see what they had spent so much time preparing. The rolls were average-sized, but there was noticeably more rice than fish. The tuna and salmon rolls were just that—plain tuna and salmon with no avocado or cucumber to add some freshness. I enjoy raw fish, but the quality of the fish itself wasn’t great; I only liked one of the three rolls. It's a favorite spot for some of my friends, so perhaps I’ll give it another try in the future."

"My partner and I recently visited Pho Lemongrass and we absolutely loved it. Not only are the soups savory with many layers of flavor, but they are VERY well priced for the area. To top this off, the cocktails at Pho are also VERY well priced and very flavorful! We were so impressed by our first round of drinks, a Mocha Mudslide of sorts and an Old Fashioned, that we ordered a second set of drinks! Along with our drinks, we ordered Xue La and Fisherman's Pho. Xue La is a larger, heartier version of Dac Viet. I was very impressed with my Fisherman's Pho, which was filled with several seafoods and a crisp, lemony broth. My partner absolutely loved his Xue La. Outdoor seating is comfortable and cozy, and they currently have space heaters by the tables as the weather is getting cooler. I believe that indoor seating is ALSO open, despite what google says. Your best bet is to always call and ask about seating options. I felt comfortable and safe in their well-spaced outdoor tables, and I can't wait to sit at their indoor spaces as well. Each of the tables inside had small flower arrangements and the seats looked very comfy. I will be going back tomorrow with a friend!"

"Awesome beef salad from Noodle Monster. Allowing myself meat til Jan 1. Not my kind of beef but the mouthwatering vinaigrette is amazing; you let it post-roast marinade 3 hrs and heat again and is tender and lovely. It arrives warm Persian cucumbers thin slices of heirloom tomatoes already consumed. The chicken Pho consumed multiple times and the best I've had in America ."

"the food was good, but the service abysmal. I'm not sure if I've ever had a restaurant where I had to do with so much imagination. From check-in to order, to serve were all interactions unpleasant, and it felt that we were asking for one to spend our money there with a grumpy staff. the main courts came in a rushing 5 minutes from the order (all except one that was mysteriously late) with the appetizers after half the by the main meal - no excuses, of course. I was embarrassed, as I had suggested to my colleagues, after a busy conference day in the moscone center. disturbances were about 50% overpriced compared to similar meal times, but I thought the location would explain that. with different settings of the personal this restaurant could be decent."

"I am giving this restaurant three stars because the food was good, but we had to wait much longer than expected. We were told our order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 50 minutes. Despite there only being 4 or 5 tables occupied, we could have sat down and eaten faster than that. It would have been nice if they offered us a starter or reduced the price on our bill due to the long wait, but we only received a "sorry". There were also some mistakes in our order. This was our first visit and we will give them another chance to see if these issues are resolved. I appreciate good quality food and hope they can improve."

"Food was good so my hats off to the chef cause that's the reason why I left the tip. The waitress left a service that was horrible. She didnt check on my table at all to see if we were okay, appetizers were forgotten, and then to top it off, she never refilled our waters. I had to get other servers to get my bill and to a to go box. Order to pick up if you really can't find any other place for Thai food."

"The chicken pho was quite disappointing. The small, dry pieces of chicken and the broken noodles left a lot to be desired. As a pho connoisseur, I’ve never encountered a Vietnamese restaurant that served broken noodles like these—it's as if they're catering to children! Additionally, the prices do not match the portion sizes; it's almost laughable. Save your time and money. The Saigon noodles were lacking in flavor, containing only three shrimp pieces and tiny bits of pork. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations."

"The restaurant was clean and the waitress provided excellent service. However, we encountered several issues during our visit. Our party of three consisted of my husband, our daughter who ordered noodles, and I chose sushi. The restaurant was quite empty, just us and one other table, yet our food took an unusually long time to arrive. By the time my sushi came out, my husband was already halfway through his meal. My daughter’s noodles arrived first, but they were barely warm. Although she usually loves noodles, she barely touched her plate. I tasted them myself, and they were quite delicious. However, after we left, my daughter mentioned that she had seen a staff member in the kitchen picking things off a plate of noodles, which I found very concerning. I'm upset that she didn't mention it while we were there. Overall, due to this experience, we won't be coming back. Very disappointing!"

"This was a neat little place and wasn't quite sure what to expect as it's located in a run-down strip center on fm1960, but you're pleasantly surprised when you walk in! You order up at the counter and then they bring your food to your table. They offer a self serve iced tea or water and they also have a long list of other iced teas which I'll have to try next time. They have a great selection of Vietnamese dishes and looks like the Banh mi is a favorite here as several people ordered it. We started with a couple spring rolls with a yummy peanut sauce, they were a bit sticky but they tasted delicious! I got the combo vermicelli which came with your choice of 3 meats or egg roll, so I got the beef, chicken and egg roll. It was absolutely delicious!! The meat was tender and not dry, so flavorful and served with fish sauce and a good portion of noodles and veggies. You can add an egg to any dish for $1. My friend got the shaking beef and it looked delicious as well! The sauce and garlic on top of onions, noodles and veggies must've been good because my friend finished their plate! The seating area is casual but nicely decorated and the wall of pictures from Vietnam was fun to explore. During dinner there was a good flow of customers and I'm sure they're packed at lunch. Will be back!"

"My entire order was incorrect, except for one item. I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past six years, always dealing directly with the owner, Kay Kay. We are extremely disappointed with the service she provided and her attitude. We usually order food almost every week, spending around $55-$60. By the time we got to enjoy the yellow curry, it had already gone bad and smelled like spoiled milk. I specifically requested gluten-free rice, but she made it with regular rice. When I called to address this, she told me she couldn't replace it because she didn't hear my request. I also ordered a second yellow curry with rice, but instead, I received regular fried rice. After I voiced my complaints, the owner merely promised to ensure the order would be correct next time. I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service and the dismissive attitude of the owner. They have certainly lost a loyal customer who frequently praised their food and referred many friends."

"This used to be my absolute favorite restaurant, but not anymore! We ordered for dine-in, and after we placed our order, we never saw the waitstaff again. We started with the spring rolls, which were rock hard, clearly not fresh, and tasted like old oil. When we finally managed to get someone’s attention to express our concerns about the spring rolls, they seemed puzzled by our complaint. After showing them just how hard the rolls were, they took them away, only to bring back an even harder batch! I’m so disappointed. I used to have wonderful memories associated with this place, enjoying great meals with special people. Now, it’s just a shadow of what it once was. I definitely would NOT recommend it."

"My parents live nearby so we eat here often. On more than one occasion, I have found chicken in my vegan vegetable pho. Finally got tired of them messing up and decided I won’t go here anymore. Beware! Former review: The best (and only) pho in Marietta! House of Lu is located directly behind the Strand theatre on Marietta Square. Since there are somewhat limited vegan options in the city, my family goes to dinner here since it's close to my parents'. They have a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans- lots of tofu dishes and a really delicious vegan pho that rivals counterparts on Buford Highway. There's free parking available in the parking lot directly across the street."

"I came here for the first time based on a coworkers recommendation. I had to come back a second time because I was craving the spring rolls on a hot day. For both of my visits I ordered takeout. During my first visit I ordered at the restaurant and the second time I ordered ahead for pick up. If you're going to take it to-go, ordering ahead is the way to go. I ordered through the yelp app and was able to schedule the food to be ready by the time I got off of work. They have a spacious dining area with many seating options but sadly I didn't have anyone to join me. So far I've tried the Bahn Mi sandwich, chicken spring rolls, beef spring rolls, crispy rolls, and the noodle beef bowl, and the Vietnamese coffee. Everything I've had has been tasty and generously portioned. You can make a few meals out of these dishes. The chicken spring rolls have been my favorite. The chicken is tender and flavorful. The dipping sauce a combo peanut chili sauce. I liked that it wasn't too thick like some peanut sauces can be. These also hold up well when transporting home. One thing that I would advise again is ordering the crispy rolls to go. By the time I got home they were a bit soggy and the lettuce wraps had wilted so those should be eaten at the restaurant. They were still really delicious and had a great vinegary dipping sauce. I'll definitely be back for more spring rolls. I also noticed they have some Korean options so I'll have to come back to try those too."
