"I came here for the first time based on a coworkers recommendation. I had to come back a second time because I was craving the spring rolls on a hot day. For both of my visits I ordered takeout. During my first visit I ordered at the restaurant and the second time I ordered ahead for pick up. If you're going to take it to-go, ordering ahead is the way to go. I ordered through the yelp app and was able to schedule the food to be ready by the time I got off of work. They have a spacious dining area with many seating options but sadly I didn't have anyone to join me. So far I've tried the Bahn Mi sandwich, chicken spring rolls, beef spring rolls, crispy rolls, and the noodle beef bowl, and the Vietnamese coffee. Everything I've had has been tasty and generously portioned. You can make a few meals out of these dishes. The chicken spring rolls have been my favorite. The chicken is tender and flavorful. The dipping sauce a combo peanut chili sauce. I liked that it wasn't too thick like some peanut sauces can be. These also hold up well when transporting home. One thing that I would advise again is ordering the crispy rolls to go. By the time I got home they were a bit soggy and the lettuce wraps had wilted so those should be eaten at the restaurant. They were still really delicious and had a great vinegary dipping sauce. I'll definitely be back for more spring rolls. I also noticed they have some Korean options so I'll have to come back to try those too."

The banhmi bread was good though a bit smaller side. Nice and fluffy. While I do appreciate the loads of meat they stuff in the sandwich, the pickled veggies ratio is way off. Can't taste any veg. Decent sandwich

I tried the pork spring rolls and the poke bowl and thought the spring rolls were so good! The poke bowl was pretty good, but I think not the main attraction there. Service was great and I got my food to go very quick! Will have to go back again for more spring rolls and to try more items. View menu

Shout out to my Yelper Tina M!! Drove through Bakersfield today and had a recommendation to try out Rolls and Grill. It 's a small establishment right off a busy street (Ming Ave). But worth dodging traffic for. I tried out the vegetarian spring rolls and a large bowl of Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. Both were good! Check 'Em out!

The grilled meat was too oily, and the rice was dry and overcooked, making the overall dining experience quite unpleasant. I was disappointed. To make matters worse, the restrooms had a foul odor and were located right next to the food storage area. The service was below average as well; tables were not cleaned promptly, so it felt like dining next to leftover dishes.

I ordered Beef Pho soup at this restaurant today 4/17/2023. When I received my order the meat was half cooked. I asked the cashier, why was the meat half cooked? The cashier asked if I wanted it cooked some more. I replied yes. I then see him take the meat out of the bowl with his hands. I immediately asked for my money back. I wasn't overly impressed with this restaurant. While I knew they didn't specialize solely in poke, I still found the experience disappointing. The options for poke bowl meats, fillings, and sauces were quite limited, and the quality didn't meet my expectations. The imitation crab seemed like it had just been taken straight from the bag and dumped into the bowl. They really went overboard with the spicy mayo, to the point where it was almost all I could taste. I wish they offered a wider variety of ingredients, higher-quality crab, and maybe even asked how much sauce I wanted. On a positive note, the Thai milk tea was fantastic!

This place is really great! The first thing I noticed was it smelled really clean. There's a good amount of seating and the tables are a nice cherry wood color. There's not much to look at in the way of decorations or atmosphere but I did appreciate the tv playing music videos from the 80s. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop plate and a Thai tea.
