"Our server provided excellent service throughout our meal. The Tuna Sashimi appetizer (five pieces) was beautifully presented. However, the entrées were a bit disappointing. The Cilantro Lime Chicken was only garnished with cilantro, which didn't impart much flavor to the dish despite its name. The chicken was served cold on skewers alongside warm turmeric rice, so it didn't feel like a proper entrée. The Macadamia Nut Chicken was rather soggy on the outside, and the miso whipped potatoes were mediocre at best. Our server recommended the Carrot Cake, claiming it was wonderful, so we decided to take a slice home. Unfortunately, the cake was rather bland, lacking in spice and needing a touch of salt. Additionally, the payment devices at our table were covered in food residue and fingerprints, indicating they hadn't been cleaned after previous diners, which made them unpleasant to use. Overall, considering the quality of the food and experience, I found it to be overpriced for what we received."

"Cracks between table top slats were full of old food scraps. Food was very good. Prices were high. Menu said beef short ribs. I expected more than two for the description and $38. One was meaty and one not so much. Add on salad was excellent. Menu said roasted vegetables. I got only green beans, but maybe they meant more than one green bean. But the beans were excellent. One small scoop of mashed potatoes and very plain. Dessert was vanilla ice cream and butter cake. It was good, but small and $14. Server seemed inexperienced and shy. My wife 's macadamia nut chicken dish was very good, but $29 for chicken. Any complaints i may have could be easily improved upon by kona grill. How about a maybe option on if i 'd recommend kona grill. The only caveat i 'd have is price and food quantity. I think they can do better than $142 for two people with two drinks, two entrees, a side salad and edamame, and one dessert to share. And that was with just a 15% tip. And why can 't they have pictures of menu dishes? At least online where space isn 't an issue. Perkins does! If i 'm going to choose a $38 entree, i 'd like to see what i 'm getting for the money. Including little add-ons and portion size (see two ribs when they said short ribs). And why when they ask why i 'd recommend kona grill in following question is for the food not a choice?"

"I made a reservation for Christmas Day, but several of the special drinks we ordered were incorrect and remain uncorrected. Additionally, the holiday menu did not mention that we needed to remind the waitress about some side dishes. Overall, I was very disappointed with our $500 family dinner."

"Beautifully presented sushi rolls, but it wasn't the most tasty sushi we've ever had.  Whoever creates the rolls is truly an aspiring artist and food stager at work, but I wish the ingredients were fresher, the sushi rice not as dry, and the overall rolls not warm. Also, the dining area was very messy and the tables were sticky; they definitely needed to be cleaned, but they weren't.  Also, while our server was very friendly, we had our water glasses run dry and dirty dishes remained on our table all the way until we received our check (and we had an appetizer as well).  We may try them out again in the future to see if service, food quality, and cleanliness improves, but not anytime soon."

"Just awful. Been to Kona Grill multiple times in the past but not since pre-pandemic. The Macadamia Nut Chicken was tough and rubbery with practically no taste. Mashed potato portion was tiny and they looked/tasted like instant. Green beans were tasty. My hubby’s sushi roll looked/tasted like it was made the day before. His side of cucumber salad couldn’t have measured more than 1/3 cup —for $9! I have never publicly written a bad restaurant review before. And don’t get me wrong, we expected $100 dinner bill at a nice restaurant. But we also expected the food to at least be decent. It wasn’t even close to that."

"Kona in Tampa was a good experience which led us to come here. Big mistake! It was very crowded and they didn’t have enough workers to handle the customers. Our waiter was good but clearly spread thin. He came back with a dirty martini which was sent back. It tasted like water, just ordered a beer instead. Clearly the bartender was terrible, worst martini I had in my life. No joke. The meatball appetizer was just ok. It took a long time to get our food and the burgers were mediocre. Be careful using the iPad, it charged us $3 for a video game and they had to take it off the bill. I would not recommend this place. There are so many other great spots around. If you want to wait for your food for hours, not be able to hear each other, get crappy mixed drinks and mediocre food, this is the place to go!"

"Pretty place, but overpriced for the contents. Service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered (water and a sake), 5 more minutes before receiving the waters and to hear they were out of hot sake. Placed order for appetizer when initial drink order was received, received 20 minutes in. Server was hardly present and we had to flag down a busser for refills on our waters during our meal as server did not check in until after that fact (about 15 minutes into dinner course). Restaurant was about at 20% capacity at this time. It seemed like he was only there to socialize behind the partition and did not provide the service that would match the decor. Food was edible but once again, not really matching the decor or pricing. We will not be returning."

"Fantastic place for group dining/business dinner. Great veggies, cheese, fresh fish, meats, pasta, condiments. Both the pasta pizza are great. Super fresh and light. The octopus salad was delightful. Can’t wait until I return. Top notch Italian steakhouse and more. Everyone of our group of 10 really enjoyed the meal. One standout was the chicken parm pizza that we ordered for the table. Excellent wine list both broad and deep, including some affordable options"

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The Brussels sprouts are excellent and the beer selection, especially the blonde, is great. "In response to the Kristina S. and Ali S's review: A few weeks ago, I was enjoying one of the many delicious meals I have had at this lovely family owned business with my 7 year old daughter when I noticed the teenage waitress taking multiple calls from the same person. From the waitresses response it was clear the person asked to speak to the owner, who the waitress explained was not in but that she would take a message. They kept calling back and harassing this young girl who was maturely explaining that she would pass along their message. I could hear them on the other line at this point threatening the waitress saying they would leave bad google reviews if the owner did not call them right away. I am very sorry these ladies did not enjoy their food and did not wish to pay $2 for an item they wished to add to their order but you are not entitled to continually contact a business when they?ve answered you. You are not entitled to be contacted immediately and you are not entitled to harass a place of business. My 7 year old and I were embarrassed by your behavior toward the young lady. Clearly you did not enjoy your experience, so don?t go back. I am happy to go there instead and enjoy the delicious meals I always have that are homemade and fresh. Grecian Corner is not only our favorite place to go, but we use them for catering as well. Bravo to the young lady for enduring bad behavior from adults and bravo to GCC for keeping up with a high quality standard. Support your local businesses, people!"

"The sushi was alright. The packaging for takeout was good. However, the bathroom was terrible. This restaurant is located in a nice neighborhood but has a lot of traffic for takeout orders, so most people probably don't stay to dine in. The condition of the bathroom was so bad that I regretted eating my food first. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I mentioned it to the cashier at the front of the store, she apologized, and I went to Starbucks only to find it closed. When I returned to the restaurant to use the restroom, it still hadn't been cleaned properly. The doors, floors, and walls of the bathroom were DISGUSTING. This reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. I will not be recommending or returning to this location. Take a look for yourself."

"The overall feeling of Hamilton 's is one of comfortable sophistication. The food was amazing! My boyfriend absolutely adored the Chicken Fried Steak which Hamilton 's was somehow able to make look fancy! He kept saying over and over, This is SO good! He LITERALLY cleaned his plate!! As I had booked our stay at the Lorenzo for his 30th birthday celebration, I am pleased to report the restaurant did not disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. I ordered the salmon and Brussel sprouts dish and found it to be very tasty though not being a huge Brussel sprout fan, it was so amazing, I ate it all up. A young man was playing the piano in the corner which provided a calming ambiance amid the louder patrons. It was lovely. I high recommend giving this place a try if you 're in the area or planning a trip to Dallas"

"After being seated, I asked one of the servers (not the manager) To switch out the table with the one next to me because our table was wobbling, but I wanted to stay in the same spot. However he insisted upon wanting me to explain why I couldn’t just move to the other table, which annoyed me. But as soon as my husband arrived to the table, he move the table. At that point I was ready to leave, but I stayed For my husband’s birthday lunch. The food quality has declined significantly. I ordered double crab cakes mashed potatoes and Asparagus. The crab cakes were full of filler and did not taste good. The asparagus was rubbery And dry and the mashed potatoes were not as good as they used to be. My husband ordered grilled shrimp on a Caesar salad. The shrimp were miniature and the salad was overly covered with Parmesan cheese, he could only eat the shrimp a bit of the salad. In the end, the manager removed the The crab cake meal from our bill and explained something to the effect of the Inventory being low which impacted the quality of the food, having to be stretched. And to top it all off, there was a female server with an exposed bloody looking arm... very disgusting to see. When I mentioned it to the manager he seemed surprised but then came back and said that he had told her to put A bandage on it. However when we saw her again she had a blue mask halfway covering it. We are longtime customers for approx over 15 years and recall when the restaurant food was excellent. But Something has changed. We hope This note helps Management make the appropriate changes to bring the restaurant back up to excellence again, so that we may return. Best wishes!"

"We celebrated one of my friend's special occasions at this restaurant, and we were thrilled with both the food and the service. They kindly didn't charge us for the soup since it took a bit longer to arrive, which was a thoughtful gesture in light of the delay with our duck dishes. This really speaks to how attentive they are to their customers. The Mango Strawberry Mojito was delicious, and the Rib Eye was cooked to perfection. There's also a bar area if you'd prefer to sit there. For those trying the menu for the first time, I highly recommend the avocado egg rolls. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!"

"I absolutely adored the rainbow roll I had from this restaurant! They use fresh, high-quality ingredients and it really shows. It's difficult for me to find sushi places that I want to return to because many of them skimp on quality. Making truly delicious and visually appealing sushi is an art, and the chefs at sushi-o have the talent to keep customers coming back. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't already. Just a heads up, parking is limited as the restaurant shares a lot with other businesses in the area."
