"The coffee was not fresh, tasted burnt and bitter. We, my son and myself requested they make fresh coffee explaining why it was unacceptable. As was their right, they refused stating they already had two pots made. Ok, fine, no problem, we had our server remove the full cups as we could not drink that coffee . I didn't get upset until we received our bill and saw the charges for two coffees!! Then, we had to explain the entire situation to the cashier who wouldn't let us pay until our server confirmed we didn't have coffee. Wow, really? So I expressed my opinion, out loud for all to hear, on how the restaurant must not prioritize customer satisfaction especially when serving old inky coffee!"
