"If you like a waitress with a bad attitude, over priced food and to wait 30 minutes for a burger and fry, you'll like this place. All the reviews I read said it was so great and I decided to try it. My wife, son and I ate lunch there and we had three sandwiches, three fries and three drinks. and bill as $35.00. When I asked the waitress about the bill she got angry and gave me attitude. Not to mention that we waited 30 minutes for our food and they weren't that busy. I went, I tried it and won't return...enough said."

"They did not have a reservation for my group. The place has changed since I was last there. I don’t know if they were short on help but we had to keep putting our dirty dishes on the table next to us. The server was pleasant but not attentive enough because we would have liked more drinks and better service. She was running all over the restaurant and it was hard to get her attention."

"The service was okay. They acknowledged that I was there when I walked in, but they weren't that friendly and they did not make any type of haste to get me my food even though I ordered about 30 minutes ahead. I ordered ribs because I had a craving for them and I don't know of any other places in the city to get them. They were good, but not special. I would go back again unless I find some place better. Not attached. I will say on a positive note that their fries are steak fries and they are awesome."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there the hostess did not confirm our reservation when we told her we booked her online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came up with), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"We’d been there twice before and enjoyed the food, but this time it was just soso. The chicken on my pear salad seemed to be precooked and barely warmed definitely not freshly grilled. The waitstaff were okay, but our waiter didn’t have his mask covering his nose all the time. The table was a little grubby and it was just dark and sad inside. Maybe it was a bad night maybe we just weren’t into the menu. I’d give it another shot, but will sit outside next time"

"It turned out that the restaurant was closed, but the bar area was open. We could wonder in and sit in the bar area. (They were serving food in the bar area. This was not the restaurant experience we expected making a reservation using OpenTable. Furthermore, the menu they gave us was not the same as the menu that was on the website (many of the online menu items were no longer offered . We ended up leaving, because what we had picked out to eat was not offered. This restaurant is sometimes open sometimes closed (and sometimes partially open using the bar area . It was a disappointment (and a waste of some time due to the inaccurate representation on the Internet. Note: the ratings above can be disregarded because we did not actually eat the food. Unfortunately, in order to submit this online form, I'm required to make an answer. Therefore, I'll give a random 3 stars."

"Making a reservation online was incredibly easy. We had some friends from Germany visiting, and we were very pleased with our choice of restaurant. The food was excellent and met their standards, and they were quite impressed with our waitress. Sadly, I can't recall her name, but she was very kind and patient, despite her broken English. "We discovered exactly why George’s Gyros are so renowned! We devoured our gyro pita so quickly that I didn’t even have a chance to snap any photos, but it was packed with flavor and absolutely delightful. We couldn’t resist ordering the tots, which make for a fantastic appetizer or side to share. We also got their special hot dog for later, and it looks as incredible as everything else. A perfect 10/10 from us! Here’s what we ordered: Gyro (the one with peppers and jalapeños), a side of fries, steak pita, another side of fries, gyro tots, and a hot dog."

"This restaurant is absolutely stunning, and our waitress, Alena, truly made our evening special. The service was exceptional! She was both friendly and attentive without being overbearing, managing to find the perfect balance. The brussels sprouts were the highlight of our meal, but everything we tasted was delicious. At first, the portion of the BB Queterie seemed small, but it turned out to be quite generous. I ordered the catfish, which was fantastic. The booth seating was comfortable, something that can be tricky for shorter people, so we were pleasantly surprised. We're looking forward to our next visit when we plan to try breakfast!"

Now, honestly, how can an Easter brunch open until 2p not be able to accommodate later reservations with the meat carving station? No meat carving station at 1:15 on the 2nd floor. The rest of the food was soooo good too! Lastly, the restaurant was out of decaf coffee at 2p. I get carving station out of meat but how can a restaurant be out of decaf coffee? "We had a reservation, but they seemed to have no intention of honoring it and ended up seating other guests instead. The burger was quite underwhelming; it reminded me of the cafeteria burgers from school. However, the Monterey cheese was fantastic, and the tomato bisque soup was satisfactory. I enjoyed the Golden Ticket chocolate fondue, but I was disappointed to receive Fruity Pebble Rice Krispies instead of regular ones. My friends thought the mac and cheese was decent and enjoyed the turkey club. The fries were okay, but I found the roasted potatoes to be better. The girl at the door was rude, but the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer BBQ, but it's Korean-style on the ribs, which isn't my favorite."

"Being avid Walking Dead fans, visiting Nic Norms in Woodbury was a must. This place, located in the heart of the town, offers more than just a dining experience – it's a haven for fans like us. Nic Norms boasts a gift shop and a fully stocked bar and offers table service. To make the most of your visit, reservations are highly recommended. When we arrived on a busy Saturday night, there was a two-hour wait. However, we lucked out and found seats at the bar within minutes when a few people left. The menu was full of options, and we couldn't resist trying various dishes. I sampled the Chicken Burger with onion rings, the Nic-N-Chiken, the Whisky Citrus Salmon, and a cheesecake for dessert. Every dish was cooked to perfection. While at the bar, I conversed with a friendly couple who lived there for 14 years. They are regulars and say they come almost every week. They emphasized that Nic Norms is the only place they dine, and after our visit, it was easy to understand why. The bartender shared an exciting tidbit – if you visit often, you never know who might drop by. Just a month ago, Greg Nicotero made an appearance! In summary, Nic Norms is more than just a restaurant; it's an essential stop for any Walking Dead enthusiast. With its delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and the potential for unexpected celebrity sightings, it's a place I highly recommend. We can't wait to return for another visit."
