"When we arrived, we ended up waiting about 20 minutes at the bar despite having a reservation. It was clear that the restaurant was short-staffed. Eventually, we were seated and attended to by the floor manager. I recognized her as the manager after I asked whether there was one present, and she introduced herself and apologized for the delay. We noticed that the menu didn’t have many items available. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our brunch orders, and unfortunately, my friend couldn't even enjoy her meal because they had run out of the chicken sandwich. To top it off, our drinks were served at room temperature. Overall, it was quite chaotic! However, I must acknowledge that the staff did their best to manage the situation."
