"We finally got the chance to check out Fins Bistro Issaquah last night. Let me tell you what...it was AMAZING!!! Not that I'm surprised though. Head chef Jeff Maxfield takes dining to a whole other level. It was hard to decide what to order. The entire stuff is wonderful and very attentive. We started with the crab cakes and truffle parm fries. Both were fantastic! Then for dinner we did the seared Ahi tuna and the salmon with crab. Oh man, all of the flavors went perfectly together. We finished with Jeff's special tiramisu... Speechless! Do yourself a favor and check them out!!! We always enjoy Fins Bistro either before or after a play or musical at the Village Theater. The food is excellent and the service is superb. The wait staff is also super friendly and we can't wait to return!
