"I visited this restaurant to try their special March feature, the pots of gold and charms. I was pleasantly surprised that I could enjoy it even after a full meal of Italian food. The ice cream is not overly sweet and has a slight saltiness, which pairs perfectly with the fluffy marshmallows. I can't quite recall what flavor I compared the ice cream to, but it was definitely enjoyable. The customer service was incredibly patient and friendly. Street parking is available right out front, and it's a nice opportunity to stroll around the nearby boutiques and shops."

"My only issue was with the ordering process on Saturday, May 2nd. The girl who answered sounded new, put me on hold, and then never returned to the phone. I wanted to add to my order and find out the total, but after several tries to call back, no one picked up. Totaling both of my visits, I spent $65.00—don’t judge me; I was really hungry! I ordered a bunch of items and had leftovers for a few days, which was great! If you decide to check this place out, you can thank me later. They really are fantastic. Thanks, HB&G! "The service at this restaurant is extremely friendly, and they are happy to let you know which flavors are vegan (although there aren't many). I initially chose salty caramel with peanut butter, and they double-checked to make sure the peanut butter was vegan, which it was. Unfortunately, when the ice cream was ready, I discovered that the caramel contained milk. They kindly allowed me to choose a different flavor at no extra cost. I decided on Thai iced tea with mochi, but found the mochi to be too sweet and couldn't eat it. The ice cream itself had very little flavor. I will give this place another try in the future, but I wasn't impressed by the vegan options available."

"My daughter loves the Thai ice and the atmosphere here! We were just there when two teenagers ordered drinks after us. One of them explained that he had a severe peanut allergy and requested the woman behind the counter to wash her hands before making their drinks. The woman assured them it was fine, saying she hadn't touched anything with peanuts. The teenager asked her to wash her hands again—three times in total. Eventually, she seemed annoyed but complied. It was so disappointing and concerning to witness this, especially since the teenager was trying to advocate for himself and eventually gave up. I wanted to step in, but I felt it wasn't my place. I regret not saying anything."

"A wonderful beverage place that is convenient for travelers since it’s near the airport! I am glad our group stopped by here before catching the flight back home. It is a all fruit juice/smoothie/boba place that is ready to hydrate your day with diverse fruit options. I personally tried their strawberry banana smoothie with mango jelly and it felt fantastic! The woman in the front is super nice and a kind soul!! She’s working very hard for her customers to have a great experience. When we arrived at the store, it was raining heavily and as soon as we entered, she offered napkins to dry ourselves. She even lent one of my friends an umbrella to get one of my other friend from the parking lot as he was parking the car. Sometimes, it might be hard to communicate what we need but trust me, she will work with you and make sure you order exactly what you want! We got our perfect orders and were ready to get on the plane! Please try out this place, folks!! You will have an amazing experience!"

"I actually use to like this place based on their juices; but unfortunately I have to rate them very low; if I could give a 0 on this visit, I wish I could. I recently placed an order over the phone for pickup. I advised that I had a SEVERE TREE NUT ALLERGY. I was assure that their wouldn't be any cross contamination on my food and they would be careful. It was on my receipt also. After picking up my food on my lunch break, I was about to eat a tuna wrap from there, thankfully I looked at my food and I saw they had PECANS throughout my entire tuna wrap. Had I ate what was given to me, I would not be able to leave this review to warn others about this HUGE incident that could have taken my life. I called the establishment and they refunded my money and apologized, and said that the tuna I order has pecans, it's not in their menu, website nor was I told that information when I told the person who took my order that I'm severely allergic. Rest assured I will not be returning. I can not take a chance on my life again due to the incompetence of their staff."

"My favorite boba tea spot in Chinatown and less expensive than competitors. It is located in the food court basement of HuengSeng Square building (displayed on exterior with large KTV logo) which is next to Qing Xiang Yuan Dumplings. Service is always excellent and ordering is easy using their two kiosks. Sign up to receive immediate discounts for each tea purchase by scanning their code on the large billboard poster and entering your cell phone number. In addition, I recommend trying all the wonderful food vendors located in this food court as they offer some of the best Chinese food in Chinatown. The food court has dining tables so you can dine inside. I love seeing all the young non-Asians flocking to the food court because they are making this a hip spot and bringing business to these vendors."

"I have been to this specific SoBol location several times and have been disappointed each time. My orders have either been incorrect or missing items I paid extra for. Today, they even misplaced my order, causing me to wait an additional 10 minutes for a remake. As someone not from NYC, I expected better service and quality. "Came here on a Friday night with my friends and immediately was greeted by a nice quaint homey feeling set up. I got a micro sized original froyo with mochi. The mochi was stellar it’s homemade and very squishy. The original yogurt was also really tart and really refreshing and not very heavy! Service: you get your food really quickly and the servers are really nice! The place is quite casual but there’s a nice small seating area! Would come again with friends."

"This place has great Donuts. They've got all sorts of colors and designs on them I saw a freaking unicorn donut in here one day. They've got stuff like bacon on top of some donuts (which should be illegal), it's so good. Somethings makes me wish I ate meat again. There's always a bunch of ladies that work in here and they're always nice. I have to say though because sometimes they get busy and I don't think they handle it very well. They don't over react to anything like I said they're nice people. It's just I don't know if they are understaffed or what but sometimes it can get really annoying. It's the only thing stopping me from giving it a five-star. But I guess a good establishment is supposed to be busy all the time which I understand"
