"My only issue was with the ordering process on Saturday, May 2nd. The girl who answered sounded new, put me on hold, and then never returned to the phone. I wanted to add to my order and find out the total, but after several tries to call back, no one picked up. Totaling both of my visits, I spent $65.00—don’t judge me; I was really hungry! I ordered a bunch of items and had leftovers for a few days, which was great! If you decide to check this place out, you can thank me later. They really are fantastic. Thanks, HB&G! You've definitely gained a very happy customer!"

I visited for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was calm and pleasant. In the evening, it gets a bit louder as more people come in. Overall, it's a great spot!

The food is fantastic, and the staff is always incredibly friendly! I took my mom and younger brothers out, and everyone loved their meals. The host was very welcoming and provided helpful information. I always enjoy visiting this place!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
