"I was disappointed with my experience at this boba location. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, I encountered poor customer service. The staff member assisting me mentioned she was "new," and since I was unfamiliar with the menu, I expected some guidance, but she wasn’t able to help me at all. It seemed like she didn’t know the menu either, which made it difficult for me to make a choice. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others. I hope that in the future, they have well-trained employees who can be patient with new customers who may not know much about boba. Thank you."
