i love bunny tea so much but bunny had been doin me dirty lately : ive been paying for extra boba AND NOT GETTING BOBA :

This is hands down the best boba I've ever tasted. I highly recommend the Taro Milk Tea with boba, and don't miss out on the icy flan!

I don't understand why the Boba Latte didn't come with any boba. I also ordered the Peach Me Up, but instead, I received peach milk tea. View menu

I wasn't sure how to place my order, but the young cashier was incredibly patient with me. I decided on a peach and strawberry green tea with aloe chunks, sweetened to 50%. I absolutely loved it! Food: 5/5

Ordered the strawberry matcha latte with strawberry popping boba cheese cream. Received my drink and there was no cheese cream on it. It doesnt even look like there was any milk in it at all, just looked like a watered down green tea with a lil bit of strawberry puree, not even sweet at all. Im really disappointed in this bc i literally paid almost $10 just for the drink to come out wrong. Unbelievable. Would appreciate a refund. View menu

I will never return to this place. I ordered a matcha latte with cheese foam and almond milk, and all I got was milk—there was absolutely no matcha flavor at all. When I reached out to complain, they said the cheese foam caused it to taste like milk. What?! I've had plenty of matcha lattes from other tea shops that are similar, and I've never experienced that before. Plus, the price for the size is outrageous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a dirty matcha and came out delicious! I was a little scared because I had bad experiences in other locations like too sweet or hard boba but here was delicious. Even though there was a line it went by really fast, worker was patient and very kind with me. I am from Calexico and definitely will come back here whenever I am around! There where outlets available to use, fresh water, a good temperature not too hot not too cold an sitting! I wish I could give out more stars.

I was disappointed with my experience at this boba location. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, I encountered poor customer service. The staff member assisting me mentioned she was "new," and since I was unfamiliar with the menu, I expected some guidance, but she wasn’t able to help me at all. It seemed like she didn’t know the menu either, which made it difficult for me to make a choice. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others. I hope that in the future, they have well-trained employees who can be patient with new customers who may not know much about boba. Thank you. View menu
