"Came recommended from a wedding venue for their catering. So we swung in tonight to do a little taste test. First the folks running this place are great! Ultra friendly and bonus for standing strong and closing on Sundays where their employees don't have to miss church. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork take your pick. However best bite of the night was bbq beans. Pork was a mild smoke, little less than I usually want, but good. Brisket was well seasoned with choice of tip or flat. Ribs were perfectly cooked where each bite came off the bone cleanly without completely falling off."
