"I am unable to rate the food at this restaurant. During our last visit, we waited for about 10 minutes at the speaker without anyone taking our order. When someone finally came to take our order, we were informed that their computer system had just crashed. We were told it would take approximately 20 minutes for the system to be back up and running before they could take our order. Disappointed, we decided to leave and instead went to a different Tubby's location, which was only a short 6-minute drive away. We received our food promptly and were on our way within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this location and cannot confidently recommend it. However, I did leave a positive review for the alternative location where we ended up getting our food."
