"This is my first time ordering from Sub Hut and it will probably be my last. When ordering the special online, condiments were not included, so I had to place separate orders for each item. My pizza arrived with the pieces scattered around and the sub was just okay. However, I have decided to update my review because despite my initial experience, my latest order was exceptional. Dana called me to apologize for the mix-up and ensure that my future orders would be correct. The customer service was excellent and I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. I will continue to order from Sub Hut in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

I recently tried a new dish at this restaurant and was not disappointed. The chicken tenders for the kids and hot wings for myself were delicious. The wings were the best I've had in a while, and even the blue cheese dip was tasty. The service is always friendly and professional whether dining in, calling for takeout, or getting delivery. Tuesdays can get busy, but it's worth it for the great food.
