"This was my first time at the restaurant, and I ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised by how fluffy and crispy the bread was—it wasn't soggy at all. The bread basket was also delightful. For my main course, I tried the seafood risotto, which featured jumbo shrimp. The shrimp were enormous—five pieces in the whole dish! While I would have liked a bit more variety, such as shellfish and scallops, it was still satisfying. However, the onions were a bit too chunky, and the tomatoes and mushrooms were cut too large, which disrupted the creamy texture I love in risotto. Despite that, it was still delicious. My partner had the eggplant Parmesan for lunch, and when I tried a bite, I actually preferred it to my dish! The marinara sauce was light and flavorful, and the eggplant was tender and not overly greasy, with a nice crunch from the breadcrumbs. I can't wait to enjoy the leftovers at home!"
