"Beautiful little place that has been a staple in the valley for 35 years. Still family owned and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The chef will usually come out when he gets a break and converse with guests to see how the food was. Many nights a pianist plays in the background while you eat. Food tastes homemade and amazing. "Busy and beautiful outdoor dining experience in Richmond, Virginia. A must-visit! There are plenty of food options in Napa, New York, New Orleans, San Francisco, Boston, and Miami, but for us from the Commonwealth, it's hard to beat! Having dined and worked in some of these places, I can say that this restaurant is really great for everyone. And don't worry, South Side of Chicago, your South Side boy didn't forget my favorite Chi-City spot!"

"I used to visit Giannis pizza in Monterey as a kid for special occasions, and I recently had the chance to return during a visit to California. The restaurant has a classic pizza place atmosphere with plenty of seating and a fun setting with TVs. When I tried the pizza again, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was just as delicious as I remembered. I haven't found any pizza joints on the east coast that compare to Giannis, which disappoints me. I'm already planning my next trip back to California. And don't forget to try the side salads with peppers, they are awesome!"

"Went for our anniversary, we arrived 45 mins earlier but we couldn’t get seated (I guess they were full). We sat at the bar (bartender was very attentive, good service). The main salon is not big, but it doesn’t feel crowded. The food was good and the prices are ok (as expected for the kind of restaurant). The location is pretty good (not in a crowded area). They have enough parking spaces. The restaurant facilities (their set up, including the patio) are very pretty. My only complaint is that we had to wait longer than the normal for our server (every time), could be due to short staff and/or busyness. But, this is a very good restaurant, we will be back!"

"The atmosphere was dampened right from the start by the hostess, who was rude and dismissive regarding our reservation issue. We even noticed her pointing at us while speaking to our server, who also came across as unapproachable and offered minimal service. The food was quite underwhelming; the swordfish was cold in the center, and the seafood crepes were soggy—I could only manage to eat one. I ordered a drink with light ice, but had to send it back because it was filled to the brim with ice, and I saw the bartender shake his head in frustration while trying to fix it. The quality of the food was comparable to that of a chain restaurant. On a brighter note, the building is attractive, the patio looks fantastic, and the valet service was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning."
