"I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, I did not enjoy the dishes my wife and I ordered. I had the spaghetti carbonara and my wife had the penne with crushed peppers and homemade red sauce. I usually support small businesses and don't like leaving negative reviews, but I had a bad experience this time. The food made me sick to the point where I had to pull over on the side of the road to vomit, and my wife had to drive me home as she was feeling unwell too. The service was good, although there were very few staff members. The atmosphere seemed nice but outdated. The food felt like a kitchen nightmare moment, with potential for improvement. The spaghetti carbonara had a strong wine taste and the penne was more tangy than spicy. The sautéed mushrooms were good but tasted strange, and the spinach and egg soup was salty and off. The total cost was $49 after tip. I hope this feedback helps the restaurant improve these specific menu items. My wife and I are willing to give it another chance if we hear of any changes. I've heard the pizza and calzone are good though."

The pasta was delicious. Cost of soup-which didn't look like 1 cup size $7.99, too expensive. Waitress Sara served is courteously and quickly. Loved the live piano playing and singing.

This restaurant serves the best pizza and pasta in town! Everything is made from scratch. We tried the pizza, crab ravioli, and tortellini Mona Lisa, and everything was incredible! I give it a perfect 10/10 for food, service, and atmosphere.

Price per person for dining in ranges from $10 to $20. The food received a rating of 5, while the service was rated as a 4. The atmosphere received a rating of 3. Recommended dishes include the salad. Finding parking can be somewhat difficult, but there is a free parking lot available.

We went last night. The service was so great. They had a singer and her sang beautifully. The food was delicious. I liked the atmosphere. You can tell everything was made from scratch. It did take awhile to come out but that's what you get when you get fresh homemade food. It came out piping hot. We will be back

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the dishes my wife and I ordered. I had the spaghetti carbonara, while my wife had the penne with crushed peppers and homemade red sauce. We usually support small businesses and give second chances before leaving negative reviews, but the food made me sick to the point where I had to pull over and vomit. My wife also felt unwell. Despite this, the service was good with low staff, and the atmosphere seemed nice but outdated. The dishes tasted off and the sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and egg soup were also not up to par. Our total bill came to $49. We hope this feedback helps the restaurant improve the menu items men... View menu

The food at this Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing. It sets the standard for all other Italian restaurants to aspire to. Our server, Caterin, was incredibly friendly and patient with us as we struggled to make a decision from the tempting menu. Unlike other dining experiences where one dish stands out while others fall short, every item we tried, from the calamari to the lasagne to the house Chianti, was exceptional. The marinara sauce, in particular, was outstanding - so bright and fresh. We couldn't get enough of the calamari and had to order extra because it was just that delicious. The only downside is that the restaurant is too far from where we live, but we've already made plans...

I recently visited this restaurant to pick up an order and was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon entering, neither myself nor a Hispanic couple were acknowledged by the staff. Despite waiting for around 10 minutes, multiple waitresses and gentlemen passed by without acknowledging us. Finally, a white man arrived and was greeted immediately, which was very disheartening. After eventually getting someone's attention, I was able to place my order. The pizza I tried was mediocre, being overly salty and greasy. Despite the poor service and food, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. However, the real highlight of the evening was a talented singer who performed in the restaurant...

"It’s been a really long time since I have gone to a Polly Pie’s, so when my husband drove by it he insisted we drop in and have lunch and I am so glad he did. My mom and I used to come and have mom and daughter date lunches together when I was a young child. I absolutely loved this place growing up. They have a great food selection and the service is always very good. Our waitress Tamera was absolutely amazing and so good with my youngest daughter and made her feel very special. She was courteous and friendly and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel like longtime friends and was so cheerful and prompt with her service. This was definitely the highlight of the restaurant was the customer service provided by her. I wish this was the way most restaurants treated their customers, as it was a huge part I am giving them a 5 star review. The food of course was as good, as I remember it as a child. I had a Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes, southern styled green beans and a roll. My hubby got the Philly cheesesteak and fries and my little girl went all out and got a big bowl of fruit and a milk. The best part about the steak was it was a great size portion and not one of those little thin patties you’ll sometimes get, so I was very happy to see them giving a generous portion of meat. Potatoes obviously one of my favorite sides was amazing and just the right amount of gravy and the green beans, spectacular. If you ever haven’t tried southern green beans, go try them. They are amazing! I make them at home all the time with my family and all 8 kids we have from ages 2-23 years love them. Anyways, as far as cleanliness, they do a very impressive job with making sure the restaurant was kept clean, even though I believe they may have had a car hit the side of their building. I didn’t think too much about that though, as it is in Hemet and Hemet doesn’t always have the best people living there. Besides, it looked like they were almost done with restoration and they were doing an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. I only mention this though, as if you follow my review and go try the food yourself you may wonder why that wasn’t mention. I’m telling you though from the looks of how many people where their having lunch’s and breakfast, no one seemed to mind at all and neither did I. Can’t blame them for someone else’s mistakes. I’m just keeping my eyes on what and how they did. Prices to are very reasonable and that is always appreciated. All in all, definitely making this my come to spot and maybe make it my daughters and I regular attendees of this establishment. Thank you all for making this stop a pleasure!"
