"Lots of places in the area to Choose from..... Pizza I ordered was a margarita it was surprisingly good. I did not get a pic bc I was starving sorry. I wish I had bc it is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. I ordered a small which could feel 2 ppl My main issue was with delivery and my wings:(see photo). The wings were supposed to be extra wet and BBQ.... the fact that 1 3 aren't even covered is pretty sad. I asked about ranch and the man informed me they were 1oz ramekins and so I asked for extra... they were 3.5oz ramekins so paid extra for something because they store didn't give to correct info which is written on the container: . (what a waste of money and the store should know it's products.)The delivery took about and hour had issues with the driver leaving the food contactless. I was staying at a hotel and just asked they leave the food at the front desk and they still had issues... I had informed the front desk of my delivery and they were expecting it but the driver called me several times trying to get me to come and get it.They Didn't leave a receipt (which I asked for) or napkins which I also asked for. With covid going on and money being tight for a lot of people it just felt like a waste of money. I would recommend elsewhere."

"A friend and myself we're on a business trip to Savannah,GA...we left Kentucky and stopped each evening and picked out different chain restaurants to eat at...never was satified with our meals...also ate in Savannah twice...But the whole trip was worth every mile when on the last night on the way home we stopped at puleo's grill on merchant...Brad was our server and he was very accomodating! Never once did we run out of drinks and the food was tremendous! He recommended the rattlesnake prime rib and my friend had the ribs and chicken....we were very satisfied and anytime im going through knoxville I Will Be Eating Here!! Also the manager was Chris and was pleased with our satisfaction and you could tell he was passionate about theyre service...will recommend to any and everyone...thanks"

"Our server Von was the BEST! Very informative, attentive to our needs, and made some awesome recommendations for the evening as well as answered any and all questions we had. The bartender Brianna made us some wonderful drinks while we waited for a table. After dinner, we returned to the bar area for cocktails they were so good. Ask for either of them for one of the best experiences!"

"My nephew and I have been to the Chop House several times and we had Matt who informed up front that he was a new server. Overall the server was good since he was new I overlooked some things that I wouldn’t have overlooked had he been more experienced. He was somewhat forgetful. He would ask if we would like more water and then get distracted with other customers and I would have to ask him about the water. He asked me if I needed a to go box and I hadn’t even finished eating. Things that you wouldn’t have asked had you more experienced. I didn’t need a to go box as I finished eating my entire meal. The food was delicious and we will be back."

"on Wednesday night we had a nice fire dinner. each in our party loved to be eating the cocktails were excellent, and the service was very attentive. we celebrated the birthday of our friend, and our server jessica really felt special during our visit. we're coming back. the only criticism I have is that they only have paper straws. that was a negatiw for us, but everything else was very nice."

"Last week, I made a reservation at the Original Cottage Inn in Ann Arbor, MI thru Open Table for dinner on Saturday night. I received a confirmation email from Open Table that it was confirmed. My husband and I showed up for the reservation only to find that the restaurant was permanently closed and would be reopening as a new restaurant with a different name in the near future. As we had theater tickets for after dinner, we were stuck trying to find a different restaurant that could accommodate us. We walked to six different restaurants trying to find a restaurant that had available seating before we found a table at a local bar. Why is Open Table still taking reservations for a restaurant that is closed?"

"The dining experience was fantastic! I highly recommend the Devil Eggs appetizer! There were some large parties at the restaurant, which caused some delays in the kitchen, so the only downside was that we had to wait quite a while for our main course. However, it was definitely worth the wait! We'll be back when we're in town again!"

"We just moved here from Pennsylvania. We are now closer to our granddaughters. This was our first meal. We found this restaurant online and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and authentic. It was cooked from scratch and the flavors were fantastic. The service was perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment. "Was expecting delivery at 12:45 pm, called at 12:55 pm and they said that they called me multiple times but I didn 't get any calls, asked them to deliver the food again since in only 5-7 minutes away and I never got any phone calls, they said they 'll see what they can do.5 minutes later I get a call from them (so my phone obviously is not the problem and the call went through) and they said that the owner 's wife does not wanna deliver the food.I used to order on multiple occasions from there, always leaving at least 25% tips, but after what happened today I will not order from them again, and if you do ever order from them, do not get it delivered, as the owner 's wife may decline your delivery.Note for the restaurant: if you don 't want to deliver to a certain location (which in this case is 5 minutes away from you), then don 't offer delivery, or at least don 't accept the order when it comes through on SliceLife."

"Delivery said 30 minutes took over 50. The pizza was smaller than expected and did not look like it had the extra cheese we ordered. The pizza was very dry and very overcooked. This was the worst pizza I have had delivered in as long as I can remember. It was like a $5 pizza you get at the grocery store. The cheese steak was very small and didn't have much meat in it. It wasn't bad though. My son got hot wings and gave them a 5/10 the meat was dry and a little overcooked. My other son got a burger and said it was the toughest burger he ever bit into. He have it a 5/10. The meal cost $72 very overpriced for such poor quality. If the restaurant offered me another meal for free, I would decline and pay to eat elsewhere instead."

"the shrimp scampi was the worst tasty shrimp-sampi dish I ever had! it was super sour as it was cooked in lemons only. I didn't taste a garlic. I recommend that no one ever buys this court. I also bleeded to a limited amount of food. I don't say they're a bad place because their pizza is that bomb. but they failed with their garnel scampi court. it hurts me that my crooks eat it that I had to throw it away."

"The menu described soup as “always hot”. Not so much. We have visited this restaurant several times and , sadly, watched its decline. We were a party of two. I ordered soup and a baked potato. My husband ordered a breakfast (eggs, biscuits, etc). Nothing arrived to our table hot. Soup was practically cold! Manager came by to comment on our wine, which we had always been told we could bring in with a zero corkage fee. He said “there is a corkage fee now”. We had never been charged a corkage fee before. We witnessed the manager making apologies to the patrons at 3 other tables around us. Needless to say, we will not be dining there again!"

"we had reservations, but obviously the chop house has a 20 minute window after the reservation time, so they can sit between 15 and 20 minutes after their reservation time. once sitting, the service was excellent. the salate and the sides were excellent. the ribeyes were delicate and tasty, but the fat content that had to be cut off was probably 45% of the 10 oz steaks, so the actual edible part of the steaks was much less than what we expected. we expect ribeyes to have a bit fat due to the fall, but that was much higher than normal. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the visit because the food we ate was very good and we had a very good waitress."
