"Every time I go to North Carolina, I make it a point to take my family to this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, during this visit, the food did not meet the high standards I've come to expect. If there’s a new chef in charge, they definitely need more training. The service was good, but the food was quite disappointing. I paid for my meal, but to be honest, it felt like I should have been compensated for the lackluster food I received. I rated them 3 stars primarily for the service, and the restaurant itself was clean."

"The food at Elizabeth's was much better and faster than what I have in my hometown. However, I didn't like that everyone, including dine-in customers, had to order at the register. I called in my order and stopped by during my lunch break to pick it up. Unfortunately, there were three customers in front of me who had never been there before, so they took a long time to decide what to order. Meanwhile, the other cashier was handling phone orders. I think something needs to change with this setup to improve the flow."

"The brisket is by far the best I've had in all of North Carolina. I've started to become a repeat customer here as everything I've ordered off the menu has been delicious. The Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans side dishes have all been exceeding my expectations on the three visits I've made. You definitely need napkins and to wash up afterwards as the sauces are exquisite and quite messy. I look forward to my next visit to try yet again sometime new because I know it'll be delicious."

"My best friend, a.k.a. the love of my life, and I had the pleasure of dining at 98 Asian Bistro. A cultural culinary gem in High Point NC. The moment we stepped in, we saw that great care and attention to detail went into the design of the establishment. We attended a City of High Point function a few weeks back and met Tu, the owner. After talking with her, we knew right away that we wanted to visit this unique place. The decor brings beautiful Asian zen to the heart of our town. We had Soft Spring Rolls with Thai iced tea for starters. Gorgeously wrapped rice paper fresh veggie rolls with peanut sauce. The tea was expertly prepared with a perfect amount of cream. Next, we shared the White Pepper and Garlic with chicken. A mildly spicy dish that invigorated my taste buds with flavors of the east. We also shared my new favorite. Duck Basil, crispy duck legs and sliced breast. Every savory bite was taken with patience and care to allow my senses to take in the flavor of this amazing dish. Each morsel taken in was like the chef was telling me a story through his craft while never speaking a word. It was so nice to see such culture in our immediate area. I may not have had such an experience in Asian dining since my last visit to San Francisco. I can't wait for our return to try the pho."
