"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, particularly with the front desk and the room situation. Over a month ago, I booked a room with two queen beds, but when I checked in, I was given a room with just one king bed. To make matters worse, the front desk staff didn't even mention the price difference between booking for one bed versus two until I brought it up. They offered to provide a cot, but it wouldn't even fit in the room. They also couldn’t accommodate my request for an accessible room with two beds; in fact, the front desk staff didn't even realize such a room existed until I reminded them of my previous stay there. When I finally got to my room, I discovered it was not accessible at all, despite what was promised. After being moved to another room, I found a large ozone air machine running, and a maintenance worker in the bathroom. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this has been my worst experience yet."
