"Our order consisted of a large mushroom, steak, and cheese sub with lettuce and tomato on the side. However, I received just a steak and cheese sub with no additional toppings. This chain used to be fantastic before COVID, and we enjoy supporting local businesses, but we’ve encountered so many mistakes and missing items that we’re almost ready to stop ordering from this location altogether."
