"One of the best dining experiences we've had here in Santa Cruz. It all began ei a table, ready, at our reservation time. Immediate seating. "Great Pizza, wings, and friendly service! My family and I were visiting from Texas, but we are originally from Chicago and wanted some good quality Pizza. We ordered 2 Jumbo and 1 Medium Pizza's, with 20 Medium wings to go. I was a little nervous when the young lady over the phone stated that our order would be ready in 15-20 mins. When we picked up our food to take back to the hotel, everything was fresh, and finger licking good! Im glad I found this place, plan to come back on our next visit when in town visiting family. Best pizza in the St. Louis/ Fairview Heights area!"

Shame on you For letting a delivery driver's mistakes affect your judgement of a terrific establishment. Give this place a try, show up in person, and enjoy what it has to offer. This is the single best, most reliable sandwich and pizza cafe I have ever been to It is a Fenway staple and something our neighborhood should be proud of. Incredible pizza with homemade dough, wonderful sandwiches of all types and flavors, with a frozen yogurt on the level of a JP Licks/Matcha Maiko. This is a place where you can get varied dishes for every pallet or mood, and walk way impressed. Solid, reliable, limited wait and no reservations just great inexpensive food at the drop of a hat. I've been a resident of Fenway for nearly a decade, and this is among my favorite establishments not only in this neighborhood but of my travels anywhere, period. I do not write reviews, I do not care about reviews, I do not value reviews, but this place is criminally underrated I support their business and find 3.9 stars to be an absolute farce. I hope it does not hurt their business. If you are unsure whether to try this place or anything else in this neighborhood, just go here."

"The host started the experience out with a friendly interaction. We really liked the host. It was also a beautiful day out and we were excited to enjoy some Italian cuisine. Now the review sadly is all negative. I ordered what was the worst and most gummy Chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had. The sauce was somewhere between the liquid from a canned of crushed tomatoes and ketchup. It was particularly sad as I haven’t had a Chicken Parmesan in awhile and I was so excited. The veggies that came with the dish were either over cooked or undercooked. All a bummer. The rosé my partner ordered was a house rosé that she said tasted like boxed wine reminiscent to her Franzia college days. She ordered spaghetti vongole and while the clams were well cleaned and cooked they didn’t taste fresh and the pasta itself had no flavor. She only ate two clams with the second one being to confirm that something wasn’t right with the first one. Left a good tip because the service was good, but the food was awful. Even the bread was stale. We will not return. We did let them know about the food, and they offered to give us more bad food.Update: my partner ended up being sick. So that’s a positive on the clams not being quite right."

"The atmosphere and food here are both so great. The owner (Mike) keeps the food very authentic to the Italian cuisine. It is a family owned business that I have been going to for over 20 years. I love their hot wings. They also have really good cod for a nice, light option. Their house salad is incredible and their house dressing is to die for. I always get it any chance I get. Their pizza is super great. Not too thick, but not too thin. I love getting it with cherry peppers on it! The pizza is not only good that day, but it is also excellent when you heat it up the next day. They have great drinks to go along with their food. The service is so great and you can really tell it is family owned because they care so much. There is plenty of parking. If you are stopping through Troy, I highly recommend this authentic Italian pizzeria. Hands down the best restaurant in Troy."

"D'oh! Went here for the first time about a week ago for an early dinner, soon after opening. The pizza is OUTSTANDING. My partner got the mushroom pizza, adding sausage to it, and loved it. Something to know the base pizza may make a difference in whether and what kind of sauce you get, so definitely ask about that. If she'd ordered a sausage pizza and added mushrooms, it would've been a red sauce; the mushroom pizza is a white pizza and they added sausage to it. As for me, the closest thing to what I wanted was a margherita, but I asked for just a plain pizza. Even though it's not on the menu, they'll do it for you and again, this New Yorker thought the pizza was just delicious. The sauce, the cheese, and the thin crust. We each ate a personal size pizza individually which fills you up no room for dessert but I didn't feel like I was going to burst. Definitely plan to visit them again next time I'm in the Jerz! "Beer was OK, not bad but nothing to write home about so to speak. The food is OK, seems that's the only word I can come up with for this place. 3 mozzarella sticks (triangles are more the shape) for $15 which is expensive. Cheese bread was good and decent size for the price. Coconut shrimp tasted good but 5 for $18 seems pricey. Wings were good, got xxxhot and they were perfect heat and right amount of sauce. The building is nice but bland, nothing really sticks out and no unique decor or theme. I wouldn't stop here again. I'd try another one in the area maybe. Staff is friendly."

"Terrible service! Waiter forgot to put in one order. Never acknowledged the error and then offered pepper and parm but then forgot that too! Never came back to the table to check on anything or offer more drinks. He frequented the table next to us to refill wine, etc. Dropped the bill and ran off! "Two weeks prior, I had a full sized calzone. It was delicious. Straight from the oven, buttered on the outside, grey milted cheese with pepperoni and another meat. Delicious! Wish I had stopped after a half, but it was just too good. But it was just too much for going back to work. This visit I did the pizza lunch special with a very tasty thin crust slice great melted cheese and generous pepperoni. Came with a salad. I chose the Greek salad. The order taker recommended the balsamic dressing. Great choice. Good sized salad and very tasty. Also came with a soft drink. I hear their Philly steak sandwich is the best. . . next time!"
