"We 've eaten here almost every weekend for the last year and a half, and it remains my favorite breakfast spot in the area. Everyone is friendly, service is fast and good (what you 'd expect at a breakfast spot), and most importantly, the food is delicious. I 've had everything from french toast to waffles, skillets to specials, and even had them make me a custom 'breakfast burger ' which wasn 't on the menu, and everything has been delicious every time without fail. I cannot recommend this place enough if you 're looking for a good, all-around breakfast/lunch spot in the area."

"The food at this restaurant is amazing, however, the service was not up to standard this time. Our appetizers were never brought to us, and we were disappointed that we didn't get to try the lobster bisque. There were not enough glasses for our drinks, and we overheard a conversation between the server and bartender. Thankfully, the server offered to handwash the glasses so that we could be served. It was also confusing that only certain drinks could be ordered in certain sections of the restaurant."

"This place was a Family Restaurant and recently opened as Tasty Biscuit. Open and bright with cute decor. People were friendly and offered suggestions since the menu is full of delicious decisions. I observed the plates around me and many were presented nicely also. All tables are spread out and not on top of others which is nice. Portions are great, the biscuits are huge and melt in your mouth. Pancakes are fluffy not dense and the syrup came out warm and was tasty. I had the Fried green tomato Benedict and thought the guacamole sounded weird but it all went together perfectly! The potatoes had a nice crisp to them and were not too mushy like most places. At my table we also the Fall crepes as a special and a spinach mushroom skillet. The only con I have which is no biggie) is they will not butter the bread so be sure if you like your toast buttered do it immediately upon receiving your food so the butter melts in. Let's talk coffee I enjoy a regular hot cup of old fashioned coffee nothing fancy but they had so many options and flavors I tried the apple Carmel iced latte which was good however I could've done without all the whipped cream my preference). The regular coffee tasted fresh and not like it was sitting on the warmer. If you're in the area and if you're not make your way here and check it out. It's right off of I55 so easy to access if you are coming just for breakfast Oh they now have punch cards so I will be back to try the signature Bonuts!"

"I 'm writing this review as I 'm eating my fiesta omelet during my lunch break because it 's that important.I ordered Doordash and was pleasantly surprised to see a handwritten Thank you! : on the bag, even more so when I pulled out the smoothie with my name and another smiley face on the lid, Enjoy! and Good morning! on the two boxes of food. I 've ordered a lot of food through work, but no place has added the personal touch that whoever assembled my order at Grounder did.Onto the food the fiesta omelet was far tastier than I expected. The salsa was very good no watery tomato business here. The onions still had crunch, which I really like. There was definitely at least half an avocado in there. My partner said the chicken Florentine panini was really good, but the star for her was the banana chai smoothie, which had flavorful chai balanced with banana.I 've never been to Grounder, my partner just happened to find them this morning, but we will be swinging by in person this weekend because we 're so impressed!"

"We ordered four sandwiches: two from the menu and two custom-made. We requested one with eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup, and another with mozzarella, tomato, basil, olives, oil, vinegar, and oregano. The two menu items were fine, but the custom sandwiches were a letdown—just eggs on a roll and mozzarella on a hero, nothing more. After spending $70 and waiting in line for 20 minutes, it was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we had to drive a mile onto the beach with all our gear. Honestly, very disappointing."

"I ordered a waffle and sausage links expecting a Belgian waffle, but what I received was more akin to a pancake with grill marks. Admittedly, the menu didn’t specify it was a Belgian waffle. The meat options, like bacon and sausage, weren't listed on the menu even though they were available as sides, so you'd have to either inquire about the prices or wait to find out. The sausage links were thicker but shorter than Italian sausage; however, they did have a nice flavor. The establishment was clean and felt well-organized, which I appreciated. I would consider returning."

"I want to believe that the management took action after my experience, but I'm not sure if I'd want to return. I visited towards the end of their service (around 3 PM on a Sunday), and I witnessed a waitress taking a hit from a vape right at the register, completely visible to me and other customers at the bar. She had her back to us, probably thinking no one would notice, but I certainly did. It's quite unsettling to see a staff member vaping inside the restaurant so openly. I brought it to the attention of my bartender, who claimed to be the waitress's manager, and said she would address it with her. However, I honestly don’t foresee myself coming back. While management can't control every aspect of staff behavior, it is their duty to respond appropriately, and I genuinely hope they do in this situation. The food was decent, but this experience left me very disappointed."

"I have been a fan of this place since day 1 but it has been going downhill the last couple of years. I thought last year was the last straw. Details of that review remain below. Tonight: 2 bartenders and about 8 people at the bar, about another 8 people total in the restaurant. We ordered spinach artichoke dip. About 25 minutes later we were presented with a plate of cold corn chips and an iron skillet containing almost entirely boiled spinach, dry and burnt around the top edges with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and diced tomatoes. The server apologized profusely and he said he understood as we refused the order. We replaced it with onion rings. The server said yeah, they shouldn 't be able to mess that up . And yet what we received 20 minutes later was about 7 or 8 onion rings fused by fried batter into 2 big clumps of mess. After waiting with an empty beer glass for about 10 minutes, I called the bartender over for another beer. Both bartenders had walked by the empty glass multiple times at that point. I was hoping things had turned around here but sadly, it has not. An inspection of the restrooms revealed there has been no improvement in cleanliness there either. Mold and dirt on the air vents, accumulated dust on fixtures and surfaces. The food pictures in my review are from years past when the kitchen was much better run and consistent than currently. From last year: Today might be the last straw. We were the first people to walk in at opening at 3pm on Monday. We were told by the bartender Guinness wasnt available and the taps hadn 't been working since Saturday. The bathrooms were in a disgusting state with hair and algae growth in the sink, dirt and dust on the flushing fixtures, dirt and what appears to be mold on the air vents. Needless to say we left without ordering."

"Very Disappointed with my most recent experience eating here. My mother in law took me for lunch for my birthday. We arrived at 1:30. Restaurant and Bar were very slow. Ordered our lunches (burgers) and appetizer (nachos). Took forever to receive our appetizer. Had to ask the bartender to give us silverware. After sitting for over an hour we had to ask our waitress to check on our food, which she did not even bother. After almost 2 hours our food finally came out in spurts. After such a long wait it was extremely disappointing to have burnt burgers that we could not even finish. Waitress was snarky but she adjusted our bill slightly for the long wait. She had a 15 dollar tip on the table despite her service. When she came back to the table and basically tossed the check back at my mother in law and walked away it was picked back up. Her tip....Learn how to be a better server. I will definitely not be going back. Sad how this place went downhill. I used to love Bandits."

"Loved, loved, loved the place. We where skeptical from the street, but saw it was on the list of best places to eat in Cleveland area. It was so true! We went with our waitresses ' recommendation of an appetizer, truffle fries. Incredible! Lots of good Parmesan cheese, spices and herbs. Dinner was just as fantastic! Husband got the steak, grilled to perfection, and I got the crab cake, it was pretty good. Don 't, I said DON 'T forget to get the Key Lime pie! It was actually more like a cheesecake! It was out of this world! I 'd go back just for that!"

"We went here for my father’s birthday Sunday afternoon. My mom has two broken legs and this was my first time taking her out somewhere myself. For being an old building in midtown, I was surprised by how accessible it was. I quickly found a table that was perfect for us, but had difficulty getting my mom’s wheel chair through. The staff immediately noticed and started moving tables to give us access to it. The bathroom had a handicapped stall that was very large, so we had no problems there. The waitress wasn’t necessarily the fastest at getting us what we needed, but it seemed more like she was just super busy and probably couldn’t hear us very well. Even with that- I don’t have much complaints . She was very kind and always circled around to get us what we needed. The food was absolutely delicious!! I’ve never been to a pub, but I had a very good experience here and can’t wait to find an excuse to come back."

"We were in the mood for lobster rolls. Instead of going to our usual spots, we decided on All Surf No Turf because of Yelp reviews. It's a small place with no indoor seating. They have 2 tables outside and they bring the food to you. We ordered on a fish taco, Connecticut and Maine style lobster roll. The fish taco was outstanding. The tortilla was made fresh and the fish had a satisfying crunch. The slaw was fresh and the sauce made it one of the best fish tacos I've had in a long time! Both rolls were meaty despite sitting on slaw. The lobster rolls also come with sides like fries, onion rings and tostones fried on the spot. Everything we ate had generous portions, was absolutely fresh and perfectly seasoned. All Surf No Turf is definitely worth checking out. I can't wait to return and try other items on the menu!!"

"I'm not sure what makes it so special, but the Short Stack of Signature Buttermilk Pancakes is simply delicious. I really appreciate that they have a turkey bacon option. The Western Omelet is my favorite. The Pizza Fries were tasty, but I’ll definitely ask for extra tomato sauce next time. Overall, it was a great nostalgic comfort food experience. "I’ve always loved this restaurant, but during my recent visits, the chicken has been nearly inedible. I brushed it off once or twice, thinking it might just be a bad day, but I’ve faced the same problem multiple times now. "I ordered breakfast from here through DoorDash and chose "The Usual." Overall, I was quite satisfied. The waffles were fantastic, the scrambled eggs were amazing, and the hash browns were good as well. The only downside was the sausage, which tasted undercooked and a bit mushy. "Cute small cafe with a big menu, it all sounded so good so we looked at Happy Cow reviews for what to order, and decided on the Mulligatawny soup plus the plain Mac n Cheese. The soup was the large portion and it was HUGE, much more than I expected for the price and it was savory and delicious, served with a piece of bread, we couldn't finish it, took the rest home and it was just as yummy the next day. The Mac n Cheese was also delicious, we got the small and it too was a good-sized portion, this we devoured! I would definitely order a large next time if I'm sharing and try one of the many options listed for add-on fillings. It isn't going so much for the perfect imitation of a baked super cheesy Mac n Cheese, rather it was lighter, super flavorful and tasty. We bought a chocolate chip cookie to go and I wanted to get a chocolate chunk scone too because I read these were both don't miss items but the chocolate chunk scones were sold out so tried a blueberry one, I wasn't a fan of the consistency myself of the scone but the cookie was spot on! We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. The person who took our order was very friendly and happy to answer questions, they told us they make their own cheese and are starting to make their own butter, their focus is on serving the cleanest, tastiest plant based dishes and in a world of mock meats and vegan fast food, this was a lovely change for us. I don't really understand people who think this type of quality food being cooked fresh for you is overpriced here, the portions were huge! Or complaints that the cafe was small, there were 5 or 6 tables and it's a cafe, so that seems about right to me, when we were there on a Sunday afternoon there were plenty of places for us to sit and at no point was every table occupied. They seemed to do a lot of take out business during our stay. They make smoothies, coffees and also have a small shop where you can buy shirts with cute vegan slogans (ex. Friends not Food), some vegan pantry items, to go items and overheard a customer come in to buy their homemade chocolates too! Updated from previous review on 2024-02-06"

"We tried a delicious waffle topped with strawberries and a sourdough grilled cheese served with chips and hot honey, and it was divine! I appreciated the affordable prices, with waffles starting at just around $6—what a deal. I wanted to try one of their brightly colored non-caffeinated drinks, but I decided to be a bit adventurous (since I usually stick to espresso or black coffee) and ordered the chagaccino, adding a shot of espresso for an extra kick. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by how incredible this drink was. I ordered so quickly that I forgot to ask for one of the plant-based milk options, but even with regular milk, it was delicious! I already love mushrooms, but now I've discovered a new appreciation for mushroom drinks, all thanks to BoBo's and their fantastic staff for the recommendation. In summary, BoBo's is a fantastic café with amazing food and drink options for everyone!"
