"We 've eaten here almost every weekend for the last year and a half, and it remains my favorite breakfast spot in the area. Everyone is friendly, service is fast and good (what you 'd expect at a breakfast spot), and most importantly, the food is delicious. I 've had everything from french toast to waffles, skillets to specials, and even had them make me a custom 'breakfast burger ' which wasn 't on the menu, and everything has been delicious every time without fail. I cannot recommend this place enough if you 're looking for a good, all-around breakfast/lunch spot in the area."

Great food. Had the Nasty skillet. Perfect hash, cheddar, sausage, biscuit, gravy and eggs topped with bacon. Couldnt ask for a better dish.

For the price, I can’t recommend it. If you raise your prices you gotta make a new menu that reflects it. Sadly the food was just run of the mill diner.

Family lives in Aurora and Mother’s is ALWAYS a scheduled visit usually on Wednesday for their great split pea soup. I take two quarts home to Chicago . Great waitresses and manager!

The food and the service were amazing. Good vibes inside the restaurant. When I got the receipt, I didn’t see the breakdown cost for the items I ate. I would suggest them to add the name of the food and cost as a line item for the customer.

Stopped here for breakfast early on Saturday morning. There were a couple of tables with local gents having their coffee. The place is clean with modern decor. Great friendly service. I had the classic eggs Benedict. Perfect! My wife ordered the Sugga Momma chicken Waffle. Wow. We also ordered the French Beignets. Fantastic. This is a rare 5 star, but these folks deserve it.

Is this a 5 star place? Not exactly. It 's an institution classic spot diner with a touch of elevation. It 's a classic diner that has been updated, and for that I give it 5 stars. No b.s service. Quick 'n straight to the point. Thr decor is updated. Someone is definitely thinking about you and your visual experience. The food is good. Protip: the gluten free toast is good and the crispy potatoes are so delicious. Those omelets look bangin ' too. My veggies skillet was delicious. The orange juice could be better.

"The reviews made us excited to try this place. We ordered the Angus burger meal, chicken tenders meal, a cheesesteak sandwich, all with fries, and a drink. Bad news first. The fries were soggy and limp at best. Some of us received undercooked fries that seemed very much as if they opened a bag of frozen fries and nuked them for 2 minutes. The burger texture and the taste were way off from what I know Angus to taste like. It was soggy, mushy, gray, and microwaved. It was so off-putting that it went into the garbage on the first bite, and at over $70 for the food, I had zero guilt for putting it there. I went home to have a cold bowl of cereal. The sauce on the burger was watery and not flavorful. It was pretty much French dressing with water. Even the color was like French dressing. The lettuce was crispy, and that was the only positive note for that experience. The chicken tenders had the exact opposite problem. Those bad boys were overcooked to an absolute hockey puck and so thin I think it was more breading than chicken. Completely inedible. You could bend them from end to end, and they were holding strong. The good news. The ice cream that comes with the kids' meal was very vanilla and was actually decent. The cheesesteak sandwich is BY FAR the best thing on the menu and the only reason I would ever visit again. I'm not trying to be mean with this review, but I have to be honest because I feel as though we were tricked into coming to this place because of all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It was a waste of hard-to-come- by money for our family."
