"This restaurant used to be a great spot for tacos, but unfortunately, the quality of the food and service has really declined. When I called to report that my takeout order was incorrect, the woman on the phone argued with me. She offered to comp me three tacos after I had a $31 order that was wrong. During our conversation, she insisted there was cabbage in the burrito, despite the fact that the picture clearly shows there isn't any—plus, the tacos, which were supposed to have only cilantro and onion, were not prepared that way either. To make matters worse, the quality of the steak in the tacos was awful; it tasted stale, like it had been sitting in an old refrigerator. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, it’s important for the restaurant to take responsibility and make things right."
