"I love this place, but the night team has made our whole order wrong. He told us that we cannot add ranch to our order in the window, gave us no receipt, so we could say the name on it or get my points, gave us 2 simple burgers with cheese only if I had a number 5 garlic burgers and a children burgers no cheese, we ordered a speciality shake and got a simple one. And the icing on the cake was when we came back by the drive to tell them that this was not our order, they only looked at us, locked the window and pretended we were not there. I wouldn't have taken care of it if they had just made a burger without cheese. I honestly just want my money back because I got demolished and this job is not eaten. What a waste."
