"Never fails the few time we have been there the wait staff is slow. They will start you quick but take forever to come back and get the order. Then after we have our meal we do see them again until they bring the check to the table and ask if we need any thing. Yes, it would have been nice if you came by earlier to refill our drinks or bring a few more napkins any thing would have been nice. I guess the employees think it's better to stand behind the soda fountain and talk when there is customers around."

The food and shakes are great...... it's the service that makes me want to run away. Kitchen staff over staffed and only one server during dinner rush. Stay away from this location.

eating here was as close to the pictures as I ever had at a steak n shake. our waitress was new, but was very attentive and we received our food in a timely manner. the personal was very pleasant, which is not always the case at other places. well done!

Haven’t been to a steak ‘n shake in years. Now I remember why. Ordered to steak burgers, on with cheese and ketchup, the other with everything. Both were to include fries. The cheeseburger had no ketchup, and no fries. The other didn’t have ketchup either. When simple orders cannot be fulfilled, I’m inclined to make it years again before I forget this experience and stop by.
