"I was surprised to discover that Steak 'n Shake no longer has waitstaff. When a group of six of us went in for dinner, I had to place the orders myself for everyone. They no longer offer malts, salads were unavailable, the pepper juice bottles on the tables were missing, and there was no cherry Coke flavoring. The steak burgers were overly seasoned, and the hamburger buns were disappointing. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I can’t see myself returning. I pride myself on being honest in my restaurant reviews."
