"This particular visit was good if I left out the comment concerning the laboratory. The men's restroom had both, the urinal AND the stall, been horribly ignored because **** covered the commode lid and to avoid standing in ****, at the urinal, I had to stand back and aim. It was easily seen that no attention was paid to the facilities. I met my wife at the entrance to the restrooms and gave her paper towels from the men's restroom because of the ladies restroom having none. Just letting it be known, when **** dries, it's sticky from the sugar in the body. That's my description of the floor."

The food is great, but I am unable to drink my shake. It was a soft serve not a milk shake. The consistency is too thick so I can only use a spoon. The purpose was to drink it with a straw….

The Steak ‘n Shake in my down was shut down and hardly travel to Richmond and had to do some running. Went to this location and Eugene was working the window. Probably the nicest guy I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. The food was super hot and fresh. 10/10 would recommend. Will come back

Stopped in to get dinner before finishing our drive back. We ordered the Frisco Melt Combo, a double steakburger and a coffee. The food was outstanding, perfectly prepared, with even the fries perfectly crispy. The coffee surprised us even more just phenomenal. The lady in the Drive Thru, Monica, was friendly and helpful. If we were closer this would be a restaurant of choice for us when seeking fast food. An overall excellent experience View menu

The steak n shake experience is gone. No more kids meals in car boxes or paper hats. No more wait staff, the menu has been cut drastically and you just order on a kiosk and self serve everything now. All the things that set steak n shakes done in experience apart have been removed and it's a shame. The food that remains on the menu is as good as always but we came for the other elements that are now gone (plus my favorite burger is no more) and the kiosk wants you to tip it. So good food but it's no different than other fast food now.

My food was very greasy; the food was alright , compared to the Steak N Shake in Seymour, Indiana, as well as Franklin, Indiana. My children agreed it was alright! They begin talking about how they missed the Indiana Steak N Shakes! They have awesome food at the Indiana locations! The best! The Steak N Shakes in Indiana are very friendly; however, the Steak N Shake in Richmond, KY has workers that are somewhat unfriendly, as well as unhelpful with ordering items off the menu! I think the Steak N Shake in Richmond, KY needs improvements! I won 't be returning to this Steak N Shake location!
