"Sometimes in life there are coincidences. I like to call them miracles. My first time staying in Brooklyn as we are returning to our hotel on 4th Ave. I spy a French Flag and I see the name Olivier Bistro and I think to myself, “Self might this be a place for dinner. Returning to our hotel, the Liberty View at 29th St. I got on my phone to investigate the menu. Immediately, I knew this was a real French restaurant and was I right. When you enter, there is a black curtain. Emerging one sees small, plain wooden tables and chairs; simple, elegance. The staff are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The food is superb, preparations perfect and timing, one of the ways I assess the excellence of a restaurant, was as accurate as an atomic clock See my photos specific reviews."
