"I was looking for an Italian restaurant that we have not yet tried for my wife, and I would like to celebrate our 9-year anniversary. my elders proposed and let me tell them we were not disappointed! first it is a byob, so we have decided to bring a bottle of Italian red wine from one of the favourites we visited in Italy. we sat in their new outside area and it was really nice. one of the owners, tony, came to us and we had a little chat. extremely nice guy and we loved talking to him. our waiter tyler was fast, friendly and very friendly. we ordered the pork for a starter, my wife had the salmon, and I had the pollen casa. we finished with this amazing dessert (the tony and tyler recommended) which was a melted keks in a skillful with gelato, caramel sauce and whipped cream. the next day I saw a call from mendham. tony asked how our first meal was there. I've never done this before, and it just felt like we weren't just a customer. they really go beyond and beyond to make them feel like family, which is the way we remember when we were in italia in 2016. we highly recommend dante’s for a romantic Italian dinner and we cannot expect to visit again."
