"I decided to try this restaurant after my usual spot, Silvia's, faced some serious issues with order accuracy. The food here is quite good, and I often place pickup or delivery orders a few times a week. Although it’s on the pricier side, I believe it’s worth it. However, order accuracy has been a significant issue, and from my experience, it's the worst I've encountered. I typically order once or twice a week, and more often than not, my order is wrong. I usually get one entree and four side items, but I frequently receive the wrong entree and almost always miss an entire side item. In fact, my orders are correct less than 20% of the time. While the receipt is consistently accurate, which means I can’t blame the rude hostess for the issues, it seems to be a problem with whoever is taking the orders and packaging them. I understand that you're busy, but I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes to receive everything I paid for."
