Instead of apologizing and change it or at least say they should add some lemon orlime. To maintain color. The cilantro rice horrible flavor, shower in oil. Not virgin oil I am a chef i know my flavors .do not order this.and the chicken dry. Burn some part. Hurrible food. French fry's are really good flavor, and texture good.Baked potato dry no sauce no butter no cream. La chica. Cocktail ???? was beyond amazing whaooo. "The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service was awful, and my meal was disappointing. I ordered a burrito, expecting a size similar to Chipotle’s, but it was quite small and came with a strange fruit salad. It seemed like they had hurried to make the dish using leftover rice from the night before, and there was barely any meat. I left feeling frustrated, especially when they tried to charge me a different price than what was on the menu. This place feels like a rip-off and seems more geared toward drunk customers than anyone looking for good food and service. It definitely needs someone like Gordon Ramsay to set things straight!"

Go here also for their night life and the dj always has the newest songs and the employees make you feel like family! Also bottle and drink prices for the bronx are super affordable. "I visited this restaurant and tried the birria tacos, but I found them to be quite disappointing. The tacos were dry, and the sauce lacked flavor. I've had better experiences at food trucks. To make matters worse, there was hardly any meat in the tacos—just mostly fat, which felt like a waste of money. I was surprised by the complete lack of seasoning in both the meat and the taco itself. It was mainly just fat, which made it quite unpleasant, and the meat wasn’t even cut properly. I nearly choked on it."

"We really like El Rancho here in Snowflake. The green chili cheese crisp has been a family favorite since I was a kid and my wife and I try to stop in at least once a month to share one together. The Hot sauce and chips are unlike most Mexican restaurants but in a good way! The recipes haven 't changed in nearly 50 years and we believe that 's what has made El Rancho a success. That being said, I wish I could give a 5-star rating, but I can 't because the entire restaurant needs an uplift. 50 years of the same might be good for a recipe but not for a building! El Rancho is time for a makeover. Get a real front entry with a door we can bring our wheelchair bound friends in with us! Tables, chairs booths need real help! I know, If it ain 't broke... but it 'll pay off if you reinvest in your restaurant!"

"Although it’s a small restaurant and they do not take reservations even for large parties (5+ people) This is the best place you can go in the neighborhood for 100% authentic Mexican food! . They have a large selection and menu of various Mexican dishes. Everything is DELICIOUS! Even the chips and salsa for starters. Their alcoholic drinks are the BOMB! From their mojitos to margaritas! Their drinks are very strong and flavors are on point! The reggaeton and Spanish music is always great There is also a full bar in the back of the restaurant. "Husband and I dinned on Sunday around 12:30. The place was not packed and appeared to have plenty of tables available; however, we were seated at a table by the bar/kitchen. We ordered and service was fairly fast but there were no utensils. Had to wait a while for a waitperson to appear so that we could request some. When arrived, we were very surprised to see we were given a plastic fork and knife. Surprised because the food came on a large stoneware platter. The young lady brought the bill and I noticed there was a charge for ice tea and mountain dew we both ordered water! When the waitress appeared I pointed it out and she did correct it. The music was loud and distracting. After playing Tennessee Whiskey, there was a long loud heavy metal and then Neil Diamond!!! Who chooses the music for this place??? I like the food at San Jose but next time I will order take out."

"Eating at this restaurant is convenient. The food is not exceptional, but it is still decent when prepared correctly. However, I have never received good service here. I have been to this restaurant multiple times with different servers, and each time our drinks were left empty for up to 10 minutes without a refill. When we asked for a shot with salt and lime, it was a mess. The server took forever to check on us and take our orders. I have worked in restaurants and bars for 10 years, and I must say that with a party of 17, a party of 2, and a party of 4, it should not be difficult to keep up with. Instead of focusing on their customers and providing excellent service, the servers congregate near the kitchen door."

"Dishes are really well done typical dishes of empanadas, croquettes and tortilla were all good.. Service can get into the weeds quickly however when busy and it is maybe the vibe is too casual for me. Wine service needs help; especially sherries where they were served warm...sherry is wine based so it needs to be stored in a fridge. The manzanilla I ordered was so oxidized from the poor storage it was brown (vs nearly clear) I had to send it back and sparkling wines shouldn't be popped but rather opened more with a whisper."

"We try our best to give this place a chance after constant bad service. It 's close to our house, but honestly I will never support this restaurant again. I just called to place an order for delivery, 2 tortas and 2 drinks, then the woman tells me that we are blocked from getting food delivered. And I 'm so confused and ask her why? She proceeds to tell me there 's a note that states we made a big order and dejan la comida . As in we didn 't collect our food/left it behind. Iasked her when did this happen since we ordered last week the same thing and we got our food. She couldn 't tell me when or any further explanation. I 'm seriously so tired of their attitude, we have never ordered more than 2 things and wepick up our food most of the time, and almost every single time these women working there have such a stank attitude. Most of the time it 's the night shift women we have issues with. The only time we ever canceled an order was almost 2years ago.. we were coming back from from trip and ordered a bunch of tacos and drinks, I asked the woman how long it would take, she told me 30 mins. We got home and an hour passed by and we didn 't get our food. We live 5mins away so Icalled and asked why it was taking so long and we can just pick it up if the delivery guy was busy. This was in the evening and the woman got annoyed and yelled at me saying they were super busy and it was going to take a while. It wasabout 1hr and and half since we had called in the order.. we didn 't get more than 10 tacos. She proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and told her we didn 't want it any more. 10mins later the delivery guy came and I apologized tohim and told him he needs to tell the woman that sent him why she sent him because I had told her we canceled our order. BUT the weird thing is, we have ordered from them a few times after that, even though we try to avoid them.. Trying tosupport local businesses here but what can you do when the workers are giving such horrible cus"

"Extremely disgusted with the upper management!!This restaurant used to be a gem on the map and it rapidly went down the drain. Upper management started to cut back on a lot of costs. Food from here is no longer fresh, some of the ingredients are spoiled but still served. And worst of all, many of the staff members have expressed feeling unsafe in this establishment.I interviewed a few of the cooks and waiters and my heart almost broke!The conditions some of these employees go through are ridiculous!! Many of the employees expressed how hard it is to work for this company. They are constantly scolded, worked to the bone, and threatened to be replaced.Some of the ex-staff have even confessed to being fired right before they were eligible for part-time or full-time benefits. Many were given lousy excuses.Unfortunately, these employees hold their tongue daily in hopes of being able to provide for their families some kind of financial stability."
