"Let me start with the food tasted great! Honestly was so delicious. There was a few things that really bothered me. My whole family of 14 had a reservation, 15 ended showing up. Her attitude about there being one extra person out the gate was disturbing and rude. Arrived at 550 when reservation was for 6, they sat us immediately as our table was ready, but no one came to take any of our drink order until almost 620. By the time they got back to us with drinks and ready to order our food, it had been 90 minutes. Literally. Food got brought out, 5 people’s orders were wrong, she didn’t take 1 persons order so they had to wait even longer for their food. Another person didn’t even get the food they ordered AT ALL until the very end before we were going to leave. We warned her it was going to be on separate tickets, and instead of separating those tickets IMMEDIATELY when she ordered drinks, she waited until the very end to try and separate. Multiple tickets ended up being completely wrong, things added on that we didn’t order. The food was delicious but I will not be returning to wait 2 hours to get our food, and to get the wrong thing served. I do understand it was a large party, but you had all time to get prepared for said large party and lack on the organizational skills while writing up tickets. It’s frustrating spending yet another 20 or so minutes figuring our tickets, at the end of our meal that most people didn’t receive correctly, and getting everything priced correctly and for the correct people. Honestly was just overall not a good experience."
