I didn't give five stars because, during my first visit, there was no one at the front counter. After waiting for a while, a young man arrived but didn't make eye contact or greet me; instead, he turned to go towards the back. I asked if the store was open, and he still didn’t acknowledge me. Eventually, he mentioned he was new, but I would have preferred assistance from someone else. Although he was pleasant and smiling, I think he needs additional training in customer interaction. On the other hand, Mrs. Brandy took care of my order, and her service was outstanding—she definitely deserves a pay raise! Additionally, I noticed you have a 94/A score, which is impressive!"
