"10 of us came together from across the country for an annual conference. We are close friends and we look for a special place for dinner each year. Midnight Iris met our expectations and more. Caitlin, the owner, and Doris, our server extraordinaire, created an experience for us that we won’t soon forget. The space was fun and comfortable and beautiful. I personally have never eaten at a place like it and will absolutely go back with a few friends or a group, no doubt. If you’re looking at this review, I stand behind it 100% and suggest you check this place out. If you’re looking for a cool and relaxed and delicious place where you and your guests will have a nice meal, and enjoy drinks and/or table games if you like, you won’t be disappointed."

"We spent a weekend getaway for our 11 year wedding anniversary at Brasada. When booking our dinner reservations we added anniversary to our note. We did get our outside seating that we reserved though we got one of the two worst tables outside next to a fire pit that just smokes. When asking if we could move to a table along the edge with a view we were told they were specifically reserved. A second couple was almost sat at the other worst table available yet she complained of the smoke and was able to move to a table with an awesome view. Our service is what was the bummer My husband asked “what’s the Pilsner you have?” Our waitress answered “it’s a beer” He was clearly asked what brand When he asked what a food item that was on the menu she literally read everything listed in that food item that was on the menu rather than explaining what it was not just listing the ingredients. Drinks were slow and the inside was less than half full. My husband snuck away to remind them of our anniversary. Our waitress came back with a menu and said “he said it’s your anniversary you get a free desert if you wanna pick one from here” Just not the experience I wanted when dressed up for a special night The facility itself is pretty and the food was good"

"Finally had a date night with my fiancé, been so busy wedding planning. Lol. We both have never been to Joe's Crab Shack and we both love seafood. Everything was so delicious. We started with these fun drinks where you get to keep the cup. Then we had the fried calamari, it had a nice little kick and fried perfectly. My fiancé got the east coast platter and I got the shrimp and seafood ensemble. The portions are great and everything was just so good. We even signed up for their rewards program, that offer great options to many other restaurants. Definitely going to come back again and again."

"I had a confirmed lunch reservation on 3/29 for 6 people to celebrate an anniversary. When we entered the elevator, it stopped us on the 2nd floor instead of the rooftop. I called but no one answered. I called again 30 minutes later and no one answered. I called that evening but no one answered. Why have a reservation when the restaurant wasn’t opened? Very disappointed and will not try again. Very unreliable."

"I don't think I would bother to reserve a table at the theatre restaurant before a movie again after the experience I had here. Watching one staff member freak out at other staff members and having our drinks take forever was not worth what we paid. Just an uncomfortable experience where everyone seemed unhappy to be doing their job. We also had to ask for our popcorn and drinks in our theatre seats because the movie had already started and no one had delivered anything to us. Overal the VIP theatre experience is a unique treat, but I recommend going to a different restaurant and buying your own snacks prior to going into the theatre. They should stick to just showing movies because they don't know how to provide proper customer service to people when it comes to the foodservice industry."

"The restaurant still looks like it. We tried the restaurant for a pre-CSO dinner on a Friday night since we liked the original Ada Street. Don't expect a quiet meal. It is not clear whether the entire room is Ada Street, as it is a huge bar and many tables of people there for Happy Hour. The service could be much improved. The hostess sat at a table other than the rest of my party who had arrived before me, although we both gave the same name for the reservation. There were two servers that worked together to serve us, but unfortunately the team approach was missing because neither the responsibility was taken. We had to get up and down buses for service elements and a floor manager got our check after they noticed our search for a server at the end (we had requested the check some time before). The food was good. My friends had the burger they liked. The caesar salad with steak was good, but the leaves were completely left and it was served in a bowl that made it hard to cut the steak and the leaves. Next time, I think we'll just try Hayden Hall's counterfeit and our drinks at the bar."

"Having received a rave review from a friend, I took a chance on Sapporo Sushi. Placing my order online and promptly driving to the establishment for pickup, I immediately noticed that the place was PACKED with patrons chomping away at various sushi rolls, edamame, and fish selections. This rose a brow on my face, and raised my expectations for presentation and taste. Having frequently dined on sushi and sashimi in Japan over the course of my life, my standards are quite high to say the least, and Sapporo fell short due to the quality of rice that was used. A definite show-stopper when it comes to Japanese cuisine. To further confirm, I had sushi from another establishment simultaneously due them utilizing actual crab vice imitation crab so I had another rice to compare. The atmosphere of the restaurant was similar to a diner or cafeteria due to the close placement of the tables and the noise level. Customer service was quite good, but the experience was not on par with my usual place."

"Wow! Everything was incredibly delicious. My wife and I not only left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, thanks to the friendliest service, but we also took home a lot of leftovers. We kicked things off with naan chips and tamarind chutney, which were fantastic. Then, we enjoyed the best lunch special we’ve ever had: the Thali platter. It included veg pakora with tamarind, chicken tikka masala, chana masala, saag paneer, basmati rice with papadam, gulab jamun with yogurt, and butter naan—10 items in total! You can't beat that for such an amazing price. We also had the freshest mango lassi I've ever tasted. We can't wait to go back ASAP. Thank you, Krishna, for being such a great server!"

"We were looking for a sushi place within walking distance. How had we walked by this place and never been in? We were greeted with a warm welcome by the whole staff, seated at a great table and immediately edamame and water were brought to the table. The place is cozy without being cluttered, and attracts a casual clientele that all seemed to be enjoying themselves. We ordered the Brussels sprout fries (which were not greasy and didn't feel fried! , house salad, the red dragon roll, the 911 roll (with brown rice and seaweed salad. Everything was very fresh and delicious! My partner got the green tea ice cream for dessert which looked like a banana split it was so big! We will definitely be back."

"After a few beers, we needed something to munch on. Being far from home, we decided to indulge in some popcorn drizzled with truffle oil. We ordered two servings and were tempted to get a third, but we noticed the staff giving us curious looks. I can only imagine how enticing the rest of the menu must be. I definitely need to go back for more beer and more food!"

"It's a great idea. I've been to many cinema cafe type theaters in my many years but this absolutely disappointed. Overpriced menu (great wait staff though) the theater was ridiculously hot and we made sure to let them know. We were assured as it came close to movie time the a/c would kick on. It didn't. We are a group that some of us came prepared with blankets because some of us are used to freezing in a theater. Not only did we not use the blankets but we ended up sweating. The movie was great though! I let the person at the front know about the temperature and they said they'd work on it. I'm sure corporate just doesn't allow them to put on the air in theaters that aren't very full. The food was lacking even though the waitress did her best to accommodate our needs. The staff tried their best but it definitely seems as though their hands are tied. Even though my friends recommended this place, we will not be returning unless something dramatically changes. Thank goodness the movie was cute!!"

"My husband and I stopped here because we had previously attended the Taylor Street festival this summer and Three Aces had a booth where we tried their Bolognese Fries for the first time SCRUMPTIOUS is the word! Thus we went back this past Saturday before the comedy show at the United Center to eat. We ordered, of course, the Bolognese Fries and their Risotto appetizer. The Bolognese fries were just as scrumptious as in the summer unfortunately the Risotto appetizer was so bland, no real taste, just like eating sticky white rice with a fried shell. Too bad, because the description made it sound just as wonderful and tasty not at all. I landed up eating three bites (actually two, but I took one last bite to validate), my husband had two bites and we both had the same opinion Blah! We did not eat the rest of it, didn't make a big deal at all to our server due to time constraints. I'd go back but will never order that again. Service was good, drinks were decent."
