I WAS CURIOUS HOW THE FOOD WAS SO CONSISTANTLY AWESOME. I ACTUALLY CALLED THE EATERY AND THE OWNER TOOK MY CALL. I ASKED HIM WHAT THE SECRET WAS AND HE SAID "NOT ONLY DO WE GET THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND FRESHEST INGREDIENTS BUT, EVERYTHING IS MADE THE WAY WE WOULD WANT TO EAT IT AND WE DONT CUT ANY CORNERS. I received my two food items, but unfortunately, no condiments were included, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. I ended up having to order dinner from another place. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, instead of addressing the problem, they just blamed me.

I work nearby and usually visit various kosher places in Lakewood, but I have to say this one is the worst I've encountered. We placed our order, but our sides were never brought out. The brisket was tougher than rubber, and the fries tasted like they came from a frozen food supplier. The counter service was lacking and well below average.
